Had to call to track order down to find out the order had been pulled from the delivery truck for no reason. Delivery was a day late and if I wouldn’t have called it would have been delivered 2 days late.

I was very disappointed in the flowers she received; definitely not worth $60 and a $10 delivery fee. I've done a better job making my own bouquet from the local grocery store and only spending about $25.

STG Flower Market did an excellent job with the floral arrangement I ordered. It was for a memorial service for the son of one of my best friends, and I ordered it from where I live in Germany. Without being able to see flower arrangements in person, sometimes you never know what you're going to get, but I am very satisfied with my purchase. There were other florists in the St. George area but it seems I chose the right one!

This was my first time using this company and I'm very much impressed.
I first tried a company that says they can deliver anywhere in the country, since we live so far away from St. George, UT. I figured this would be the best choice. Boy was a wrong, this company I contacted not only didn't deliver the flowers on the first two days that they promised to deliver them, but then charged us $10 to cancel the order.
So I decided to choose a local florist and I'm so glad I did. But I have to admit I was a little apprehensive because when I ordered they were closed due to being after hours. So I used the online after business hours for ordering that they offered. So without talking to a single person not only did the flowers arrive on time to the person I sent them to, but they were undamaged and absolutely beautiful!
Since we will be ordering flowers for the same person in the future, I will not go anywhere else to do that other than right here at "The Flower Market."
If you are reading this trying to decide what florist to use because like us you want to send the best flowers possible at a reasonable price to a loved one, just as we were. I would highly recommend "The Flower Market" for anywhere in the area.

I stumbled across The Flower Market because my mom lives a bit away from St George and we like to have flowers delivered to her occasionally. I’ve used them several times now & they’ve provided nothing less than excellence. I’ve asked for certain flowers &/or had a certain budget to work with & they’ve heard me each & every time. Customer service is excellent when speaking with them on the phone & the website is very easy to use for ordering as well. I HIGHLY recommend The Flower Market for delivery service. Only reason I gave a one star is because I couldn't give zero. I ordered an arrangement for a birthday. I asked for a photo before delivery. I asked them to change the vase on the order so they did a whole different arrangement that was horrible and cheap looking. I could have picked those flowers up from Wal Mart for a lot less. When I asked them to use the new vase with the old flowers they refused and declined to deliver my order so I had not gift to give. Never again.

This is the second year I’ve had this florist make my aunts birthday bouquet, she lives far away from me now and I have to use companies I’ve never visited. Awesome! I wanted to surprise a friend on her birthday and thought a floral arrangement would the perfect gift. I loved how I could place an order online 2800 miles away and it was delivered the next day. I got an email upon delivery and my friend texted me within minutes including a picture of the flowers. I expected the roses to be red as displayed online, but they were substituted with peach/orange colored roses which turned out to be just as beautiful. This is my 2nd order from The Flower Market. I’m not a local, I’m ordering from another state. Their website ordering system is easy and for my purposes, seeing the exact bouquet isn’t important. While I normally like choosing the style more, I find their “designers choice colorful” or “designers choice purple” sufficient and they seem to pay good attention to any request notes. I know it also helps them best manage resources in a time when supplies are not always easy.
The recipients have loved their bouquets, which is the most important.

I will say that the recipient (Aunt) sent a picture of the arrangement with her phone after it arrived and it was beautiful! Please let your florists know they did a great job and we were very pleased! You might consider having the person designated to deliver your Designer's Choice arrangements or your florists take a picture with their phones and include the picture in the delivery notification. Just a suggestion that I think your customers might appreciate. :)

I ordered online, followed up with a phone call to verify the date and change a spelling on the card, and got an attempted-but-failed delivery notice for a date I had not specified in the order. Now I am wondering if the spelling correction was made on the card that I requested (by phone). A simple explanation on the website that flowers are delivered for the viewing if there is one, would have saved me some stress and worry that the flowers were not to be delivered. Recognizing the flower shortage and the busy time that Mother's Day is, I chose to leave the arrangement to the florist's discretion. Paid 80 dollars and trusted that we would recieve a nice product. Instead of assorted blooms arranged nicely we got 8 short stemmed purple roses. Definitely not worth the money. Disappointed.

I went to pick up my arrangement and the service was excellent! While the first gal stepped into the next room to grab it I had two other workers ask me if I'd been helped...then before handing me the arrangement the gal didn't like the color of the water not being so crystal clear (I did not notice an issue) so she freshened up the water placed it in a functional carrying box and sent me on my way. I have bought flowers from The Flower Market in the past and have always been satisfied with the freshness of the flowers/plants and their great customer service. They run a great business! I will return when such an occasion is needed again.

The arrangement that was delivered did not look like the picture we depended upon having to order long distance. There were no lilies or carnations. Roses were skimpy. The substituted daisies were not what we thought we were ordering based upon the picture. It was embarrassing instead of what we had thought we were sending. The basket looked nice. A small group wanted to get flowers for a sick friend. I have worked with Flower Market for over 20 years - kids proms, a wedding, other floral gifts, and always in person. Because of the pandemic, I am not able to go into stores so I was very pleased to find an online presence of my favorite flower shop.
I asked for the Florist's choice because I have always relied on the staff advice, and also asked for seasonal evergreens. They created a very sweet and beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers and evergreens, and delivered the same day.

It was a cute arrangement, but it didn’t arrive with the balloon (Get Well Soon), nor the title “Sick as a dog,” so the recipient thought it was just a nice arrangement of a dog and didn’t didn’t know what it was for. For this I took off one star.
Just FYI, It also shows in the picture, just yellow daisies which was perfectly what I wanted.... what they got was a lot of orange and other multiple colored with a few yellow.

The flowers were fresh and looked nice. However, it looked very different than the picture. I was expecting rich autumn colors like oranges, yellows, and reds like the picture. Instead I got pastel pink and white. A good chunk of the bouquet was just babies breath. Due the color and flower changes, the arrangement was not appropriate for the occasion. I was happy with how the bouquet looked, however this bouquet pictured has quite a few more roses in the same side view versus the one my mom recieved. Which in itself is a bit disappointing, because I actually paid more for extra flowers. If this had the option I would attach the picture of her bouquet for your comparison too. The picture here for which I ordered is much prettier. And I totally understand they would never be 'exactly' alike, that is completely acceptable to me. As I stated the bouquet she received was nice, just not as many roses as this example. All this said, I would order from this flower shop again, and would also recommend to others.

The arrangement in the picture did not have any baby’s breath in it, but the arrangement we got was FULL of baby’s breath - it was the predominant “flower”! There were only 2 roses in the arrangement we received, and only one of the larger flowers (lily?) was actually open. There were no white daisies in what we got either, and only a couple purple flowers. I get that some variation should be expected - but what we got barely resembled the picture. It looked incredibly cheap and was NOT worth the $60 I paid. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from St George Flower Market again.

I am sorry to say for the amount of money we spent on this tiny arrangement for the
Memorial we attended this weekend, we were very disappointed in its size. The flowers were pretty, but the size was tea cup small and nothing what I expected too see when it showed up. I actually was embarrassed because I knew what I had thought I would get and then to see it was very disappointing.
Actually this was worth maybe half the price I paid.

My grandma was in the hospital after serious accident. Due to confusion between some of the nurses and the icu rules we, found out patients couldn't have flowers, but ours were already ordered. The Flower Market was nice enough to hang on to them until grandma got moved and then re-deliver them to her! Amazing customer service! Grandma loves the arrangement.

The plants and flowers we ordered and were expecting to be delivered on a Friday for a very sick family member were not delivered until Monday. Unfortunatly he passed away the Saturday before they were even delivered. The product was then delivered to his home and they were nothing like the picture online of what we paid for. I wish you could upload pictures here so you could see how awful they looked. I will never use this company again. I could not chose 0 stars or I would have.
