Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (435) 652-8998, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (435) 652-8998 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Last minute order for Premium Florist Choice arrangement. As soon as it was delivered I got a message from the recipients standing next to the flowers that were EXCEPTIONALLY chosen and arranged. When more of the guests arrived they too sent pictures with the flowers and expressed surprise and gratitude for them.

I was disappointment at first because the arrangement I ordered were white and blue flowers. When they were delivered, the funeral director sent me a picture and the colors were yellow and blue. This changed the entire look of the arrangement. But the people at the Flower Market made it right. Come to find out they were out of the white flowers that were on the website, but they redid the arrangement with a different flower that was white. It turned out beautiful and at the end I was very happy. I think it would have been easier if they would have called me and told me that they were out of that type of white flower and I could have made a decision then. But it all worked out good. They did turn out beautiful!

The arrangement was lovely and delivered on time. Thanks for that. My frustration is that I feel for the size of the arrangement that it was overpriced. It was somewhat smaller than I anticipated. I purchased an arrangement several weeks ago, from another provider, for a funeral that was much larger, with more flowers for the same price as I paid for this, much smaller arrangement.

This shop is usually my go to, as I live out of state and send flowers to my Mom, Sister and niece regularly.
I usually pick the designers choice and overwhelmed with happiness when they send me pics of what was delivered. But this time after choosing the Sunny Day designers bouquet for my niece turning 13 it was disappointing to see what was delivered. It was four red and white roses, baby's breath in a vase with a black bow. Definitely not a Sunny Day. They did take the time to make a new Sunny Day bouquet and drive out to exchange but still what was delivered looked half hazardly put together and like an Easter arrangement in a basket. Not happy to have spent $76 on it.

I wasn't overly impressed with the service or the flowers I received. I had to call for them to deliver the entire order that I purchased and I had to have them remake the bouget to make it more like the picture resembled it to be. Very frustrating being several hundred miles away trying to get the correct order to my mother for her bday and it was incorrect, short delivered and then it held her back because they had to redeliver the "correct order".

Delivery was good. Communication about delivery was also good. But the flowers/leafs didn’t look like the picture. I understand it can’t be exact but they added red roses and didn’t have any light/bright colors that you see in this pic. Lots of fluff (leafs, tiny flower that look like baby’s breath) and not full of flowers like you see in this pic. Just seems like it wasn’t the same amount of flowers as advertised.

The Florist's Choice arrangement I asked for my sister's birthday was magnificent. Her favorite color is red so I asked for mostly red flowers. I have ordered from this florist 3-4 times in 4 years, the first year was wonderful, the second was questionable but this year was awful! The picture I received from my 83 yr old aunt embarrassed me. It looks nothing like what I ordered and it wasn’t upgraded, it looked like someone grabbed a bunch of the same flowers and shoved them into a tiny vase. I paid almost 100.00 for a 25.00 bouquet my cousin could have bought at the grocery store. Customer service has gone away. Don’t waste your money. I live in Washington State or I would have returned them to the shop.

Bring from Minnesota I depended on The Flower Market to do a nice job of getting a beautiful arrangement to my daughter there in St. George. Not happy at all. I upgraded to a deluxe which was more money and the container said "Merry Christmas Y'all and not JOY. This was for my dad whose wife passed away. Very inconsiderate that it said "y'all" what is that? He was a farmer and the one in the picture was perfect for him. I'm embarrassed that he received what he did. Sad, sad, sad.

The florist is always kind, timely, and creative, and the arrangements are cute and well-made. However, I paid extra for “additional flowers to enhance the bouquet,” but it seems like no flowers were actually added. Instead, the florist included a flowering succulent that was already part of the arrangement. While it looked nice, I’m left wondering if the result would have been the same without the added cost. Overall, a good experience, but a bit of clarification on the “additional flowers” would have made it better.

After checking online for a florist that was local to the St. George area, I came across your establishment which had great reviews. The condolence message that was to be delivered with the flowers was missing. This was embarrassing and the gesture was all for naught. After calling the store to explain this, they insisted that the message card was delivered and that the recipient must be mistaken. She checked several times…no message. Unfortunately they refused to accept responsibility for their error. I would not use this florist in the future.

This review is tricky to write because what I didn’t like about the arrangement is a matter of taste and the “designers choice” item I selected.
It came in a basket that feels very “old lady” to me? It’s hard to refill the water without making a huge mess. It looks like the flowers you’d put on a grave or as a brunch centerpiece; not what you’d give to a romantic partner.
It was delivered to the wrong school. When I called to check because I hadn’t heard from my partner that they got the flowers even though I’d gotten a delivery notification, the person I spoke with said “it’s a school - the flowers are probably sitting in the office because they are still in class.” Which isn’t wrong…except I would have appreciated a verification of the address or something because the flowers were sitting in the office of the HIGH SCHOOL and not the MIDDLE SCHOOL they were supposed to be delivered to.
Are they high quality flowers? Yes. Are they professionally arranged, well balanced, and include orange blooms like I requested? Yes. Was the ordering process smooth and easy? Yes. Are the prices fair? Yes. Did I get A LOT of flowers for the price? Yes.
Did I like the results? No. Would I order again? Probably not. But is that a matter of taste, what I ordered (designers choice), and an understandable mix up of delivering to the wrong school? Yes.

STG Flower Market did an excellent job with the floral arrangement I ordered. It was for a memorial service for the son of one of my best friends, and I ordered it from where I live in Germany. Without being able to see flower arrangements in person, sometimes you never know what you're going to get, but I am very satisfied with my purchase. Boy was a wrong, this company I contacted not only didn't deliver the flowers on the first two days that they promised to deliver them, but then charged us $10 to cancel the order.
So I decided to choose a local florist and I'm so glad I did. But I have to admit I was a little apprehensive because when I ordered they were closed due to being after hours. So I used the online after business hours for ordering that they offered. So without talking to a single person not only did the flowers arrive on time to the person I sent them to, but they were undamaged and absolutely beautiful!
Since we will be ordering flowers for the same person in the future, I will not go anywhere else to do that other than right here at "The Flower Market."
If you are reading this trying to decide what florist to use because like us you want to send the best flowers possible at a reasonable price to a loved one, just as we were. I would highly recommend "The Flower Market" for anywhere in the area.

Only reason I gave a one star is because I couldn't give zero. I ordered an arrangement for a birthday. I asked for a photo before delivery. I asked them to change the vase on the order so they did a whole different arrangement that was horrible and cheap looking. I could have picked those flowers up from Wal Mart for a lot less. When I asked them to use the new vase with the old flowers they refused and declined to deliver my order so I had not gift to give. Never again.

Awesome! I wanted to surprise a friend on her birthday and thought a floral arrangement would the perfect gift. I loved how I could place an order online 2800 miles away and it was delivered the next day. I got an email upon delivery and my friend texted me within minutes including a picture of the flowers. I expected the roses to be red as displayed online, but they were substituted with peach/orange colored roses which turned out to be just as beautiful. This is my 2nd order from The Flower Market. I’m not a local, I’m ordering from another state. Their website ordering system is easy and for my purposes, seeing the exact bouquet isn’t important. While I normally like choosing the style more, I find their “designers choice colorful” or “designers choice purple” sufficient and they seem to pay good attention to any request notes. I know it also helps them best manage resources in a time when supplies are not always easy.

I will say that the recipient (Aunt) sent a picture of the arrangement with her phone after it arrived and it was beautiful! Please let your florists know they did a great job and we were very pleased! You might consider having the person designated to deliver your Designer's Choice arrangements or your florists take a picture with their phones and include the picture in the delivery notification. Just a suggestion that I think your customers might appreciate. :)

I ordered online, followed up with a phone call to verify the date and change a spelling on the card, and got an attempted-but-failed delivery notice for a date I had not specified in the order. Now I am wondering if the spelling correction was made on the card that I requested (by phone). A simple explanation on the website that flowers are delivered for the viewing if there is one, would have saved me some stress and worry that the flowers were not to be delivered. I have no doubt the flowers are beautiful--your business came highly recommended. A little clarity on the website would make ordering less stressful.

I went to pick up my arrangement and the service was excellent! While the first gal stepped into the next room to grab it I had two other workers ask me if I'd been helped...then before handing me the arrangement the gal didn't like the color of the water not being so crystal clear (I did not notice an issue) so she freshened up the water placed it in a functional carrying box and sent me on my way. I have bought flowers from The Flower Market in the past and have always been satisfied with the freshness of the flowers/plants and their great customer service. They run a great business! The flowers were fresh and looked nice. However, it looked very different than the picture. I was expecting rich autumn colors like oranges, yellows, and reds like the picture. Instead I got pastel pink and white. A good chunk of the bouquet was just babies breath. Due the color and flower changes, the arrangement was not appropriate for the occasion. I was disappointed and will probably not order from here again.

My mom truly loved the flowers I sent through The Flower Market. I was happy with how the bouquet looked, however this bouquet pictured has quite a few more roses in the same side view versus the one my mom recieved. Which in itself is a bit disappointing, because I actually paid more for extra flowers. If this had the option I would attach the picture of her bouquet for your comparison too. The picture here for which I ordered is much prettier. And I totally understand they would never be 'exactly' alike, that is completely acceptable to me. As I stated the bouquet she received was nice, just not as many roses as this example. All this said, I would order from this flower shop again, and would also recommend to others.

The arrangement in the picture did not have any baby’s breath in it, but the arrangement we got was FULL of baby’s breath - it was the predominant “flower”! There were only 2 roses in the arrangement we received, and only one of the larger flowers (lily?) was actually open. There were no white daisies in what we got either, and only a couple purple flowers. I get that some variation should be expected - but what we got barely resembled the picture. It looked incredibly cheap and was NOT worth the $60 I paid. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from St George Flower Market again.

I am sorry to say for the amount of money we spent on this tiny arrangement for the
Memorial we attended this weekend, we were very disappointed in its size. The flowers were pretty, but the size was tea cup small and nothing what I expected too see when it showed up. I actually was embarrassed because I knew what I had thought I would get and then to see it was very disappointing.

Unfortunatly he passed away the Saturday before they were even delivered. The product was then delivered to his home and they were nothing like the picture online of what we paid for.
