The Flower Lover is where the gifted beauty of flowers meets the art of floral design to make your events breathtaking, unique and memorable. It is at the border of Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Costa Mesa. We are a mile away from Pacific Coast Highway and close to city of Fountain Valley. We do same day delivery to these cities, as well as to Irvine. Same day delivery is also available to Hoag Hospital Newport Beach, Hoag Hospital Irvine, Kaiser Hospital Irvine, Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Orange Coast Memorial Hospital in Huntington Beach. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

On-time delivery, arrangement also arrived mostly as pictured (maybe slightly less full, I also didn't see so much the leaf-looping featured in the photo). I also realized I made a mistake in my message immediately after placing my order, and sent an email to have it changed – as well as called the morning of delivery to make sure it went through. The person I spoke to on the phone said she would check the email and change it, but the flowers that were delivered still had the original incorrect message. I know it is a bit last minute (I placed the order the day before) but still expected the message correction to go through based on the phone call, so it was a little disappointing. Otherwise, quality of flowers are beautiful and overall quick service!

Our good friend passed away on Christmas Eve morning. I went online and ordered this bouquet for the wife. I was surprised that there was an option for delivery on Christmas Day, but there was and as promised, the delivery was made on Christmas. They definitely went about and beyond for this last-minute order. I have not yet seen the bouquet, but if the arrangement is as good as their customer service, they cannot be beat. I have seen an arrangement from my neighbor and it was beautiful. Definitely our florist from now on.

I appreciate the ease of the website ordering process and the quick turn-around of service. I ordered flowers late one evening and the flowers were delivered the next day. My only wish is that the florist would have sent me a photo of the arrangement...I would have liked to see the finished product, but I am sure it was lovely. I've used The Flower Lover before, and will use it again.
