I received a call within minutes after placing my order at 9am, with a request to clarify the recipient. I was told that they would wait until later in the day when new flowers arrived and I recieved a message at 3:45 from my friend saying he had received them in his hospital room, so I know they had been delivered earlier than that. This level of service was greatly appreciated and is commendable. Attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much. I've got lots of family in the area and I will be recommending this business to them.

I was happy with the service provided but was disappointed that going for the deluxe upgrade seemed to only add 2 flowers and a bit more greenery.

I do want to apologize for anyone being disappointed, but the arrangement we sent did have different mixed greeneries, not just one kind, filler yellow salidago, few more stems of sunflowers, which run in our shop same as roses, it also had a designer sunflower ribbon added onto it and a colored vase. Again we are very sorry if anyone is disappointed in any arrangements we send out for our customers, we never want this to happen and would be happy to discuss this over phone if you would like to call our shop. We appreciate all of our customers and never want to disappoint, but there is also times that availability of products is not always exact to online pictures and prices do fluctuate from time to time.

I came across this flower shop online and placed my order the morning of before the store had even opened. Not even 3 minutes after placing the order, I received a call asking if it was my aunt’s birthday because there were balloons in the order and they wanted to ensure they put Happy Birthday balloons along with the flower. Most places just would’ve went with whatever you ordered and not asked a question—I really appreciated it and it made my aunt’s day!

I didn't actually get the hydrangea but The Flower Gallery called me immediately after they received my online order to tell me they didn't have any in stock. They were able to substitute a dish garden instead, adding a little dash of blue flowers and butterflies! It was beautiful and the recipient absolutely loved it!

My sister-in-law loved the plant that you delivered to her, very timely and your company was able to meet our needs in a way that no other company in the area even attempted or outright refused. We appreciate that greatly. However, we wanted a flowering plant that could be kept and planted to honor not only my SIL, but her mother that she lost only a couple of days before Mother's Day and on her birthday. She did send me a picture, and it was lovely, but I don't know if it was a carnation plant inside with what I think was Ivy, or if it was cut carnations inside the Ivy. It was done beautifully, though.

Arrangement didn’t look remotely like anything I ordered, it wasn’t pink, it didn’t have any pearls, the vase and ribbon were purple. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because my wife liked it. Don’t name something pink and pearly and then not deliver.

It is always tricky sending flowers over a distance with no knowledge of the local florists, but Flower Gallery did a wonderful job. The recipient was delighted with the appearance and freshness of the flowers. They were hand delivered the same day as ordered. I was concerned because of the impending hurricane, but the lady at the Gallery phoned me and allayed my fears. Will use again.
