I had asked for a photo never received one.
The flowers that were delivered looked like the standard picture on the website, not the premium which I paid for.

This is the first time using the Flower Cottage. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the flowers. My sister loved the arrangement. The delivery was right on time. I would refer them to my friends and family.

The flowers arrived on time but with no card.?? Took them a few inquires to figure out who sent them.
My daughter in law loved the flowers! And she thought the vase was cool.

My friend loved her bouquet of tulips!! She said the colors were magnificent!!

I sent this to my brother and sister in law and they said it was absolutely beautiful. I got the medium sized one. They were on time with delivery and did not disappoint. I will definitely be using The Flower Cottage again.

This is great I get an email to write a review. Well here it goes they never delivered my order!! Tried to send my daughter Valentines flowers, the flower cottage never sent the order. I called on Valentine’s Day and they said they are doing deliveries till 730 which I thought was strange but I know it’s probably one of there busiest days. No delivery!! Called Saturday, Sunday no answer and answering machine is full, can’t leave a message. Emailed them asking what happened no answer. Finally got through yesterday a worker told me they turned off their website they had to many orders well my order went through with a confirmation number. He wasn’t even sorry, now need to make sure credit card wasn’t charged. One of the most unprofessional experiences ever!!

Flowers were delivered on time and were perfect for the occasion

I ordered flowers for a wake/funeral. I received a call on the day the flowers were to be delivered. I called them back to clarify. I had called the shop the day before to avoid any last minute confusion. The flowers had not been made and they offered to deliver them to the church instead of the funeral home. Then they offered to deliver them to the home but no one would be there. I asked for a refund and was told to go on the website for the refund. There is no place on the site to request a refund. I then emailed the shop to ask that the cost just be reimbursed to the card I used. I am still waiting to hear from the shop. I would not use this shop again. BK 2/9/25

When no further information was provided to address the recipient, we called you immediately. By the time we spoke to identify which viewing this was for, it was over. Yes, we offered to deliver your arrangement to the church or a family member's home if they resided within our delivery area. Because of this non-delivery, your credit card was never charged.

We are truly sorry we could not fulfill this order during this difficult time.
