Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (760) 568-2427, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (760) 568-2427 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Got a random question mark printed on my note I sent to my girl so it was kinda confusing for her. Don’t put emojis on any message because they turn to question marks when you print them. I wish a real person would’ve checked that after they printed it and notified me before sending them out. Made it a confusing message for her birthday.

A small owed shop that has the most beautiful floral arrangements around. The staff is friendly and great! They went out of their way for me. The final product delivered looked nice, but in no way resembled the image. I even paid for the upgraded bouquet but what was delivered was about 1/3 to 1/2 of what is pictured. Buyer beware, clearly not setting proper expectations.

I was very pleased with the timely service and quality, but I was a little disappointed that the arrangement didn't resemble a Christmas tree as depicted on the website. It was the reason I chose that particular design because my elderly aunt is confined in a rehab center over the holidays so I wanted something that resembled a Christmas tree. Do not order flowers from here. I ordered flowers for my mother in law after she had heart surgery. The flowers were left outside her fence in the hot sun with no doorbell ring or phone to call and she of course she was home. The flowers died and when she called and asked them about it they were extremely rude and said I had specified that the flowers be left there. This is incorrect and not on my order form. When I called myself I was told the manager would call back and they did not. I then reported it to the credit card company. Worst customer service.

We called her about 3 times, twice before going and got no answer. We still sent a driver out there and when he got to the gate the guard told him the recipient gave him access in and gave instructions to leave by the front door. When my driver got to the residence he noticed there was a gate before the front door and it was locked, he proceeded to call us to the office so we can call the recipient, which i did and got no answer once again. Yes we did leave it outside because we had permission to leave it. We offered a replacement to you and we were yelled at and told no. You let us know you were going to dispute the charges but yet wanted to keep the flowers which is not fair to us. You said the manager never called you back but i did and i'm the owner, which i let you know.

I love you guys and will continue to use you for all my floral needs. I just sent my friend/ realtor a bouquet (Rose All Day) and she said they were hands down the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received and said she wished they’d last forever. The flowers were lovely, but they were delivered on the wrong day. Having been delivered in the desert heat a day early, and having to sit until the next day until they could be collected (since no one was home) wasn't great for them. I understand that a time of day can't be guaranteed, but the day they are delivered should be.

I even received a confirmation call allowing me to explain that the delivery was to go to the Casita and not the Main House (this was also written into the online delivery notes). Later in the week I was in a bad car wreck and my wife was getting me from the hospital on the day I had expected her to be at work to receive the flowers. They called me when they couldn't drop the flowers off and were incredibly kind and understanding. I paid extra for the flowers to be fuller but when they came they looked like a normal bouquet and actually even had a hole on one of the sides where flowers should have been. Also a few of the flowers had stems broken.

I did not want to say anything to the recipient since she is grieving, but when she sent me a photo of the flowers, the bouquet didn’t look at all as large as I was expecting, considering it was so expensive. If that's what a premium arrangement is supposed to look like, I’m sure glad I didn’t buy the basic arrangement.

The delivery was super amazing. The flower presentation was not nearly as nice as the photo on the website. I was a disappointed because they were sent to my mother in law. I probably won't order again. There are nicer florists near her that did a better job for less price. I was trying something new because the photos from your ad were so beautiful. I bought five of the Victoria tea cups for my mom and all of my sisters. I thought that the saucer and cup we're going to be small but they were nice and big with a stand that the plate could sit vertically on. It was so beautiful! I placed an order through the website for flowers to be delivered on Saturday 23 December; i.e. before Christmas. The message clearly stated "Merry Christmas", indicating it was for Christmas. The flowers were delivered in 28th. I made a complaint only to be told the confirmation email states the 28th and that I "must be confused" (a response which was provided with no signature or named person and) written IN CAPITALS, which as most people know is a sign of SHOUTING at the recipient. Their customer service is atrocious. They claim that the number I provided was not valid totally untrue.
I requested a refund of the delivery charge ($12 for a local delivery) as it was not delivered on time - a fair request, given that the flowers were not delivered on 23rd but the standard of flowers as expected for the $85 price tag.
I will NEVER use this florist again due to the bad aftercare and lack of courtesy.

I paid for something, then got a call the next day that you "just sold the last one" I had to walk your employee through finding a substitute. She repeatedly emailed images to the wrong address after which I gave her my phone number so she could text me. Over an hour of this back and forth later, when we found a substitute I was asked if I'd like to pay the difference (which was no more than $10) or if they should "adjust" the bouquet to match the original price I paid. This establishment has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered this flower arrangement based on the wooden look vase it came in as it suited the person I was sending it to. However, the vase it cam in was a purple glass vase. Not what we were expecting. The flowers however - were very nice. Just not the vase.

This was my first time ordering flowers to be delivered since it is always SO expensive!! This being said, the prices were affordable and reasonable compared to other florists around the Coachella Valley. I ordered these two days before Valentine's Day to be delivered to my mom, and the company was still able to get my order together beautifully with relatively short notice (I'm sure they were super busy due to the holiday). I also requested morning delivery if possible, and they were able to deliver the flowers as requested. My mom said the delivery man was very kind and warm, and that the flowers were so vibrant and lovely. Overall an incredibly ideal experience from start to finish!!

I was really reliant on the good reviews but my moms flowers were just not as "good" as I thought they were going to be. I knew you get what you paid for but if I knew two of the buds were not going to bloom and the flowers smelled bad before the week was over.
