Thank you so much for assisting me with a floral arrangement for my friend who is in the hospital. She sent me a picture and the flowers are beautiful! I do not live in Abilene, so the order was made by a phone call directly to the florist.

Much smaller than expected.
It’s a cute bouquet, but I didn’t expect all of the baby’s breath- I thought it would have more of a soft green leaf/filler like the picture.
That being said, I’ll use them again and be descriptive.

I live Florida so I went online and started checking reviews for florist in Abilene, TX. The florist on hickory Street had great reviews so I went with them and so glad I did. My sister was very pleased with the flowers she received. She sent me a picture of them and the arrangement was truly beautiful. Would highly recommend using this florist.

I recently sent a plant to a dear friends mother’s funeral. I ordered and paid for a Spathiphyllum. When I received confirmation it had been delivered with a pic( off the website ) of the plant I ordered only to find out after the funeral it was not the really the plant I ordered. This plant was ordered because it has a very special meaning to my friend. I have emailed 2 times with no response. I have tried calling multiple times but phone is always busy.
I waited couple days to write a review hopefully they would reach out to me.
Very disappointed. I understand mistakes are made but at least they could reply to my emails to at least apologize.
Pretty but not quite as lush as i would have likef for it to be.
In all my years ordering this particular plant for different funerals of family and friends, I have never seen one as gorgeous as this one! Thank you so very much it blessed my aunt greatly!!

Flowers and a note were delivered and on time but the arrangement that arrived was not at all the one I ordered. No greenery, no daisies, tulips or lilies or burlap ribbon; just roses and carnations with no greens. When I emailed twice to inquire, I didn’t hear anything back.

Had a pretty good experience. The florist emailed me on the delivery day and let me know that they didn’t have the plant I ordered in stock, and made a substitution. That is fine and the plant they substituted for it was great. I did pay a few extra dollars to have morning delivery and I didn’t get a confirmation that it was delivered until that it was delivered until late afternoon.
All things considered, I would use this florist again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter who is a senior at ACU. I live 6 hrs away and wanted her to get a special delivery on her birthday. I asked for the primary flower colors to be pink and green but left the choice on the exact arrangement up to them. They did a beautiful job of making the arrangement just perfect for her birthday! My daughter was delighted and I was pleased with the quality and beauty of the arrangement for the price. I will definitely use The Florist on Hickory Street for any future floral needs.

Ordered the Flowers early in the week, with a delivery date of Friday. The flowers were delivered Friday, but not till 8pm! The flowers were very pretty but The delivery was too late!! We were not informed of the “late” delivery and I’m very disappointed in the time frame!
Love how easy the website is to use. I needed to change the address of where they were delivered and it was quick and easy. The customer service is the best! I will definitely use them for all my floral needs!
