I was quite surprised at the small size of the bouquet and flowers chosen for the price paid. ^ Tulips, 1 Hyrdrangea, 1 Gerbera and 2 lilies are not worth $ 75 in my opinion.

My first time ordering from The Floral Designer and they certainly didn’t disappoint in so many ways. My original order could not be fulfilled and was contacted immediately to inform me (I was no help in making that an easy task as the area code in my contact info was incorrect, my error (or my darn iPhone(?)). Due to their quick thinking that just maybe my area code was the same as the recipients area code...brilllant! They got a hold of me and were able to fulfill my floral delivery same day and we’re very generous with keeping the price the same! The recipient loves the arrangement for his birthday! Thank you! Floral Designers, you are my go to for flowers in the SF area. Best, RGray, a very happy customer!!

The leaves inside the vase that were supposed to wrap around (as shown in the picture) was just one big leaf that was squished inside. It looked cheap and crooked. Additionally, the roses that I paid an extra deluxe fee for were not fresh and instead yellow at the edges and already dying. These were supposed to be for a special occasion and definitely did not look like they cost over $100. I will never be ordering from this flower shop again!

I don't live in town, but my grandmother lives down the street from the Floral Designer. I've ordered flowers for her from the Floral Designer multiple times and every time, my grandma says they are stunning and she feels so special to get such beautiful flowers. I'm very grateful to have found such a consistent company and I will continue to order from them whenever I can!

My friend loved receiving these and said they were beautiful. Right after placing the order I received a call that not all the flowers were available in the prearranged Wild Purples photo. I was asked if I had a preference for replacements and elected to put my trust in them. Loved how it came together. When I placed the order, I forgot to include the apartment number and they were prompt to give me a call and sort it out - very understanding and nice!

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s Birthday during the Coronavirus Lock Down to brighten her day. They arrived on time and were beautiful! There were perfect! The Foral Designer is somewhere I’ll definitely return to for my foral needs.

Sadly I was disappointed with my custom arranged flowers. I specifically requested for "Pale pink spray roses " but received red roses instead :(
