The arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful. Also, I really appreciated the shop's honesty and customer service. I placed the order online after store-hours and wanted to pick it up early the next morning. Since they would have to get the flowers fresh and would not have it ready until afternoon, the shop called me to explain the situation and offered either to have it ready by early afternoon or to use slightly different flowers. She told me precisely how the arrangement would be different. When I went to pick it up, it was ready when they opened, the flowers were very fresh, the arrangement was very similar to the photo but with the different flowers the shopkeeper had explained to me by phone. I have ordered many flower arrangements, and I think this one may be the most beautiful I have seen. Thank you, Dezign Shop!

The flowers were beautiful. However they were supposed to be delivered on my fiancés birthday on 8/5 but were instead delivered a day EARLY on 8/4. I specified for the delivery to be on 8/5 and the confirmation email did state they were to be delivered on my desired date. I dont know what went wrong.

This Valentines Day flower arrangement was the most beautiful flower arrangement I’ve ever purchased online or in person at a flower shop. I ordered these flowers on November 11, for delivery on November 12.
The delivery is 5 days late.
If I knew this would be the case, I could have just had flowers sent to the funeral home today for the service.
This is rather unacceptable. I would like some portion of a refund for the inconvenience.

We reviewed your order and totally understand your frustration. After checking our records, your order was marked “delivered” in our system on 11/17, which is why you got the email indicating as such. However the physical arrangement did go out as per your request on 11/12. We can assure you that no order would ever be sent out 5 days late. So sorry for the miscommunication but your order was delivered on the date that you requested, we simply marked “delivered” later than we should have. Again, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Hope that you can trust us again with any future orders. Please email us directly for any further questions or concerns you may have. Easy, fast, and arrangement looked exactly like image. Beautiful!! With COVID19 curb side pick up was great. A better signage would be helpful to locate shop faster! But overall excellent experience

I am overly satisfied with the Dezign Shop... from their spectacular and accurate floral arrangements to customer service, they are the BEST! I was hesitant to order from them as they are far from the L.A. location I usually deliver to, but they are so on point! The delivery person from my last order called me when there was an issue with the intercom system at my mom's address and after several exchanges, he ended delivering the flowers to her friend's address just a couple blocks away. He was so friendly and patient and even texted me a picture of the delivered flowers. I'm so appreciative and HIGHLY recommend the Dezign Shop. I will be using them for all of my floral arrangement needs! Thank you!!!!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my parents’ anniversary and I ordered the designers choice and made a special request for lilacs. They had made an absolutely beautiful arrangement. This has been an amazing experience. I can't believe I am living in a world where an anonymous person just made the most beautiful bouquet for one of my dearest friends who lost her father. I so enjoyed exploring all the options on BloomNation and picking one, Etsy style, that fits who I am and reflects what I know she would enjoy. Requested flowers be delivered on Saturday. Got email confirmation that they were delivered. Then texted my mother-in-law to see if she received them and she had not! Called Design Shop and they said the bouquet was still sitting in the shop and they would have it delivered by noon the next day. It wasn't and I had to keep checking in with my in-laws throughout the afternoon to see if it was delivered. Finally delivered after 4pm! The bouquet looked beautiful but not worth the hassle and stress of worrying that it wouldn't be delivered.

I wanted to send my daughter some flowers. Sounds easy? But she lives in Los Angeles and I live in Australia! Organizing the flowers through Bloomnation could not have been easier. The arrangements were well displayed on the website (although it would have been good to see what the more expensive version of each style was going to look like), the ordering process was easy, the delivery was efficient and the flowers were perfect!

It had the white hydrangeas and coral roses but none of the other accents were in the arrangement and it wasn't as full and big as the picture.
