This is absolutely gorgeous and simply a breathtaking arrangement. We loved the design the flower choice and colors were vibrant. We requested the largest size and we were not disappointed. When I went to the viewing, the flowers were not there, despite the notification I received stating they had been delivered. Since the florist came from the funeral home's website, then inquire with the funeral home. The absence of the blossoms is quite regrettable. When I called the florist again, they informed me that the parlor would not let them inside, therefore the flowers were not delivered. So, even before they brought the flowers, they sent me the delivered message. Returning the money is preferable.
Sent flowers to my sister in law for the loss of her mother. They were delivered in a timely manner and she was moved by the beauty of the arrangement.
The roses will be dead in a day or two. This is the second time I have ordered from here and have been disappointed. I will not order from them ever again.

The flowers are beautiful and arrangement is perfect. The only negative was delivery. Delivery driver did not knock or ring doorbell, left flowers on the porch in the elements with no notice.

I was very disappointed. I have ordered from the Chocolate Rose and the past and they have always been fantastic. This time some of the flowers were actually wilted. very disappointed. Especially given the cost!

The Chocolate Rose has always done a beautiful job on all our orders. Everyone who has received flowers have amazed with the quality. This time while they were still beautiful, I thought they would have had more roses since I purchased the premium order. The pictures showed more roses than the 2 or 3 received. I'm still satisfied with the results.

I ask the guy by phone if it will be fresh roses in the bouquet and his answer was yes but the roses have brown petals and they don’t last not even 3 days , I am very disappointed, I paid $99 for “ Premium long stem Purple roses” and they sent me “Old short stem roses” I will not recommend this flower shop at all, very disappointed for the money I paid and for the product that my wife received in Mother’s Day.

Highly disappointed on what was delivered. I expected the flowers to be more grand and exactly as shown but that was clearly not the case. Left a tip and paid full price for these, and all for this small arrangement to show up. Although delivery was great and on time I will not be using this business again.

I’m not sure what time it was delivered because I arrived at 11 to the funeral home and there were 2 standing bouquets very similar to each other with white flowers surrounding the coffin and I am unsure if one if them was the one I had ordered. I was unable to view the card because was not appropriate. But they were both beautiful. Hoping it was the one I sent. It would have been helpful to have seen an actual picture of the order. My Mother’s Day delivery was scheduled for Saturday. I found out Sunday morning that they didn’t arrive so I sent an email Sunday morning asking for a call on Monday. Instead I got a call and return email on Sunday, flowers were delivered with a few “extra goodies” for the delay. My mother still got flowers on Mother’s Day and their service was EXCELLENT! Highly recommend.

I would like to thank you for the beautiful roses that were delivered yesterday. My wife and everyone she’s bragged about them to - loved the roses. However I was under the impression that the font type on the note would be the in Script writing style. This was the style shown on the site when it was asking me to verify the order. The message wrote was word for word, but it would had made more of an impact if it was in the Font that was shown. I would ask that your IT department to correct this glitch in the system.

I generally try to keep my expectations on the low end when I order flowers from out of state(I live in AZ). I had these sent to my mom for her birthday and she called me in tears. She told me they were the most beautiful flowers she’s ever received and when we FaceTimed I saw them I had to agree. I upgraded to Premium to make them fuller and they did not skimp. They were absolutely gorgeous and made her day! Chocolate Rose will be my new go-go for mom’s flowers, no doubt. Thank you for helping me make her feel special.
