Blooms are hand delivered in person to enhance any celebration or a “just because” surprise. Deliveries are done between 10am - 5pm. If the recipient is not home we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call or text the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.

About the Shop
Flowers have been a part of the Butler Family for 30 years. Wesley Butler Jr. started in the flower business in 1990 with a mobile business concept which was well ahead of its time. In 2015, the Butler children saw the need to innovate this mobile concept with modern technology, thus, The Bouquet Butler was formed. Mr Butler's philosophy was always "We are in the relationship business first, the flower business second." The Butler Family strongly believes in the power of strengthening relationships through the expression of flowers. They, therefore, strive to provide the highest quality product available in a simple, convenient manner in order to strengthen their most precious relationship, the one between them and you. The Butler's are service-driven, making customer service a top priority as they hope to make your relationship with them, a lasting one.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
