Although the arrangement and blooms were beautiful, I was a little disappointed the box it was sent in was a cigar box.
The recipient did make a comment about it and wondered why a cigar box?
The photo as advertised on the website displayed a treasure chest-like box therefore i selected that arrangement and entitled "Princess Box". The cigar box certainly did not portray a "princess".
I realize I ordered this at the last minute and perhaps you did not have time to get the proper container.

It was exactly like the picture! I’ve never ordered flowers where the recipients the exact ones as the photos. Not only was my order last minute, but she delivered my friends Mother Day flowers on time. She was really surprised and amazed at the flower details especially that weaved hala portion as she’s never received any flower arrangement as unique as the one I ordered here at Blue Iris! Ordered the Orange Sherbet arrangement and was not disappointed. The Blue Iris did a wonderful job with this arrangement. I'm pleased with the end result considering substitutions needed to be made due to recent flower shortages. The Blue Iris will be my go to florist from here on in.

What I especially appreciated was that you let me know in advance that you were needing to replace a few flowers with different blossoms. Then you took a photo of the arrangement before you delivered it so I could see for myself what the finished product looked like. And, you got it there right on time. I've ordered many, many floral arrangements online from numerous florists in a variety of states, and The Blue Iris definitely sits at the top of my list of those that have gone beyond my expectations. Not only did the florist personally email me to let me know that he was needing to use different colored roses than pictured on the order page, he also gave me his phone number so I could talk with him personally if I felt the need to. The flowers used were fresh, quality blossoms that were beautifully arranged. I know that because he also sent me a photo of the finished arrangement! And, they were delivered on time with a cheerful, "Happy birthday!" The birthday girl, and I, couldn't have been happier!

This was my first experience with the company. At first I was a bit apprehensive about booking after looking at the reviews but everyone deserves a chance/shot right? And, if all fails I just wouldnt be a repeat customer. But, let me tell you I'll definitely use them in the future and I'll also recommend them as well. The flowers (romantic bouquet) I had ordered for my girlfriend was very special/important to me and I wanted it perfect. Shes someone who enjoys darker colors such as blue/purple and I had emailed to ask if it was possible to change. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible due to certain flowers not being in season and it would change the overall presentation. Understandable. Although, I also wanted to confirm the delivery and the times since I wanted to surprise her at work. The managing director kawika lee was great through out our entire email exchange. He was professional, had a quick response, and was very concerned that everything would go perfectly. He apologized that they weren't able to change the color of the bouquet but he went out of his way to also give her some purple orchids as well! Not only did she receive a lovely bouquet, but also some orchids as well! Great customer service! Everyone definitely noticed the beautiful flower arrangement, and there were compliments all around. I definitely sent my recommendations to all the people who asked and I'll be a repeat customer in the future.

While the color arrangement in the picture sent from Bloom did not appear the same as the color arrangement received by Ms. Zarate (she also sent me a picture), I was pleased nonetheless. The actual arrangement received had stems surrounded by something that looked like a banana leaf and that was quite a beautiful touch. I will definitely use this business again!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
