We are a local florist in the DC Metro area that has been in business since 1976, providing fresh blooms, indoor and outdoor plants, inclusive of ecological maintenance services. We provide plant installations, exterior and interior scaping services, as well as high-end curated fresh florals, custom décor and furniture for weddings, special events, private residences, and corporations.
Owning a vintage VW flower bus has been a lifelong dream for our owner, Steve Ornstein. An avid car enthusiast for over 40 years, he has combined his passions for vintage automobiles, flowers, and plants, to create a mobile flower and plant shop. Finding the perfect vintage VW bus was the first step on this beautiful journey, After more than a year in production, the vintage VW flower bus has finally become a reality and perfect timing as we all seek a bit more happy. Our parent company EDGE Floral Event Designers has been providing plant maintenance service, nationwide floral deliveries and curated designs for weddings and events in the Washington DC Metro Area for over four decades. Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
