This was my first time placing an order with The Bloomin Dragonfly. I ordered a customized floral arrangement. It was delivered on the same day (which was amazing!) My mom thoroughly enjoyed the different flowers in the arrangement! I had asked for wildflowers mainly. She said it was beautiful & different!

We looked for a florist that was near our son and daughter-in-law’s home in Beacon Lake Subdivision north of St. Augustine. Received a thank you message from her, after the arrangement arrived, telling us how beautiful and aromatic the flowers were.

We never got our order in a very important time!
It did not look exactly as per the picture on the website. The curled big green leafs were missing and replaced with green fern which made the flower bouquet look like typical prepackaged store bought bouquet. It lost the luxury advertised look.
I have used them several times and they are always on point. Will definitely continue using them in the future!!

I ordered flowers for a colleague to be delivered during working hours that same day. The driver called me repeatedly after 5:00 trying to make the delivery. Very dissatisfied.
Flowers were beautiful. Arrangement was delivered quickly. Same day delivery. Only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is the Get Well Soon balloon wasn't included. I was given a refund for the balloon. It was the little extra I wanted added to the arrangement.

The floral arrangement received doesn't quite look like the picture on the website,... I ordered the deluxe version of this one... but the recipient was very pleased. And that is all that counts. Arrangement was left on the ground in front of the door and no knock, no bell ringing or notice it was delivered. A neighbor noticed it and brought it in for the recipient. I asked in the order to assist with delivery as the owner has arthritis. She said it was a heavy pottery base and she could not move it herself. It could have been out there for a long time.
I ordered these for a dear friend, she received a nice tasteful arrangement but I was expecting more flowers than greenery.

The bouquet doesn't match the picture - it's the same style but has darker flowers - lots of burgundy instead of purple, and has something else in place of pussy willows. It looks less like Spring than we'd hoped. However, it is full and beautiful, and the recipient loves them.
This Lush and Beautiful bouquet is still blooming 7 days later. It is gorgeous, and helped me to feel closer to my mother on Easter Sunday, when I couldn't visit her because of Covid-19 restrictions. I appreciate Bloomin' Dragon's quick turn around, I ordered the flowers the morning of Easter Sunday, and they were delivered that afternoon.

Quick service and beautiful flowers!
First I should report that the flowers that were delivered were amazing and there were a lot of them for the money spent, more than other florists I have used in the past. One of the issues was that the bouquet was delivered at the very end of the day. Some of the fun when receiving flowers is having your co-workers inquire as to the occasion and having them share in the celebration. Flowers were delivered literally while the person receiving them was walking out of the door to head home for the day. Also, as this was a bouquet, (no vase) I would have expected there to be those little water tubes affixed to the ends of the flowers, aiding in their sustainment if, by chance, they weren't put into a vase shortly after delivery. All florists I have used in the past have used this practice of having water tubes on the ends. Also, as this was a "custom bouquet" order that was placed over the internet, I wanted to talk to a human being about the specific flower requests and arrangement. I called at least 7 times and got a voicemail box every time, I did leave a message to have someone call me back (which the voicemail says it will do). I never did get a call to discuss my order which would have reassured me that it was received and understood. The communication through the ordering process on the internet was good, and I did get notices that the order was received and delivered. And again, the actual flowers were amazing.
It was well received not in the same cointainer as shows in the picture.
I didn't actually see the flowers which were delivered but heard from the recipient that they were beautiful. Easy ordering and affordable. I checked several florist shops in the area and this was the only shop that had an array that was affordable, yet still beautiful, and delivery was free!

4.5 stars (but I cannot give 1/2 stars). Almost exactly as I pictured it would look. The roses were of very good quality. Timely delivery. Followed specific drop off instructions very well. The only thing that could be improved is the arrangement of the note within the flowers. It is presented in such a way as to be advertising first and a personal note second. A better format may be to have the recipients name on the front (the actual content of the note was folded inside, which I liked) by itself, and reserve the back of the card for all of your logos and contact info. But that quibble is truly splitting hairs. Thanks!

Cons: It was not exactly as in the photo on the website. The photo shows the Mini Callas' color as yellow, but the actual color was tepid orange. It was the yellow color that appealed to us and prompted us to buy this arrangement, so we feel disappointed. It does not have the same happy, vibrant vibe.

I called after closing time requesting delivery the next day of a large, top-grade arrangement to a location at some distance in the New North End. The Bloomin'Dragon did this for me and also made sure the flowers were safely deposited with a neighbor when they found no one home. I had one concern and received an immediate and totally satisfacory response. The arrangement is superb, delivery was prompt, and the shop communicates! Sign me ... Happy in California!

I would have love to give five stars on this review. My experience was terrific. The staff, flowers, price, and ease of the whole ordering process was top notch and I will be back in the future. I especially enjoy the custom bouquet options, I think besides the superior service this option in particular places The Bloomin' Dragonfly at the top of the list of Burlington florists. The only con with the entire experience was a computer malfunction while ordering online. Most likely a one time incident however.
