The bouquet pictured above is the standard level of what I ordered. I payed additional to get the upgraded version of this arrangement.
What we actually received was a SMALLER arrangement than the one pictured with less interesting and beautiful flowers.
Very disappointed. Should not have fallen for the up charge to a more deluxe arrangement because I definitely did not get that.

Although my bouquet was lovely, it’s simply not what’s pictured. All of the flowers were at one height with cream roses, cream hydrangeas with blue tips & a little greenery at the base. I chose the one pictured bc of the different heights & colors. Other than that, they were tastefully done.

The price is well worth it, don't hesitate to call and ask questions because the lady was very very helpful. I paid extra to have purple and yellow added and she was very patient and clear with me on how I should do that. The presentation was so beautiful that it would be impossible to give this less than 5 stars. I didn't pay extra for timed delivery and it arrived around 3:30pm.

I selected a Premium colorful bouquet for a friend and I am a little disappointed because what she received was something different. I was expecting a bouquet as colorful as the one shown in the picture, even if some flowers had to be replaced as advertised. That was what happened, some flowers were replaced but the replacements were green flowers, so it ended up being a bouquet which looks mostly green making it boring and seeming like it is only foliage with just some flowers.

I’ve purchased with this company before and had success. This experience was not like the first. I ordered flowers and a happy birthday balloon for my mom. The deliver man called me and said he couldn’t find the house, then realized he was on the wrong street—no big deal. He found the street, delivered the flowers, BUT forgot the birthday balloon! Get this, he comes back to the house to deliver the balloon hours later with a “let’s party graduate” balloon and gives it to my mother (it was her birthday). All in all we laughed about this whole debacle, but it was frustrating that she didn’t get what I ordered her.

I bought the "Designer's choice" bouquet for my close friend who had just defended her dissertation and was awarded her PhD. I added the butterfly option, and asked that it be made "cool/quirky (orange, purple?) and colorful with no dye/anything unnatural". I wish I could post a photo... It was totally perfect for my friend, who is a computational neuroscientist and wouldn't want anything "princess-y". Not only was all natural- it was perfectly quirky for my friend: oranges, purples, some odd martian-like flowers, orange butterfly. She loved them and said that they made her whole house smell amazing. You can tell that these florists truly love what they do and that this is their art. I am so grateful to them!

I order from Ten Pennies because I’ve long thought that the floral arrangements are significantly better than other florists. I was disappointed with the sympathy arrangement I sent to my friend. While it was okay, it certainly was not as robust and full as the photo, and certainly not worth the amount I paid for it. She thought it was pretty, but when she sent me the picture, i was disappointed. It didn’t have nearly the amount of roses I was expecting and had cheaper filler flowers. In this case, I certainly did not feel that I got what I paid for… which was a lot!

The lady I spoke to was extremely rude, my flowered didn’t arrive till after the day I requested them to be delivered and they were crushed, they also forgot the note that was suppose to come with the flowers. My girlfriends mom called to ask where did the flowers come from and the lady gave her an attitude saying it was on the card that was never received, come to find out the lady had the card and it was never out with the flowers. Ten Pennies is AWESOME. I ordered an arrangement for my sisters birthday it was beautiful. My sister loved it. I left instructions to deliver the flowers later in the afternoon because my sister was out to lunch and they did just that. I will never order flowers anywhere else.

Biggest mistake I ever made was not using 10 pennies from the beginning, I used some fromyouflowers.com and it was a complete nightmare. 10 pennies will be my go to from now on, I called around 10am and they were delivered by 4pm and the red Roses were beautiful. Thanks for bailing me out of a jam.

I called them in the morning on Valentines Day to explain that my girlfriend had to stay home sick and wouldn’t be at work where the Valentine’s Day flowers were addressed to go.
They made arrangements and delivered flowers to our home by the end of the day on Valentine’s Day.

This was the most disappointing flower purchase I’ve ever experienced. I’ve gotten flowers from this florist before that were so beautiful, and these flowers were terrible. They started to droop the same day they were delivered and the next day they looked dead. I ordered the flowers a week before Valentine’s Day and they came extremely late. I called to see where the flowers were and the store was closed at 5pm, i didn’t get my flowers until 6:10 pm. To top it off i paid $108 for these flowers that i could i spent $12 at acme. This makes me never want to use this florist again.

The flowers in the picture looked nothing like what was delivered. They “didn’t have the flowers in stock so replaced them with other flowers”. When husband responded to their request for feedback they offered 10% off a future purchase or maybe they could “get the flowers” and deliver a new arrangement. We opted for new flowers to give it a chance and I wanted the sunflowers depicted in the arrangement online. I received a phone call at 4pm to say the driver was there to pick up the old flowers and drop off new ones. There was no heads up about a delivery window. He advised me to call back tomorrow to arrange a delivery window. So 10% off future crappy flowers or arrange my schedule so I can return the greens they sent and hope the replacement arrangement is better. No thanks. Don’t use them.

The flowers were not able to be delivered to the person's apartment due to their apartment rules. They were gracious enough to drive the flowers to the women's work place, which was completely out of their way in order to make sure they were delivered on time. The delivered product was nothing like the one in the picture. I was highly disappointed as I ordered it from Sri Lanka for my niece’s graduation.. When we order online we expect it to replicate the one in the picture. But the Arrangement that was delivered was completely different. Different flowers, different cube...and it wasn’t tastefully done too. I was so embarrassed and disappointed.

I was disappointed because I wrote clear instructions on how to deliver as well as spoke to someone on the phone. I paid $15 extra dollars for delivery (2 people) and neither got to their building let alone their desk area. They had to go across the street to the main hospital to get.

I wish I could upload a photo of the flowers that were delivered. The recipient loved them, which is really all that matters. The online purchase was straightforward and the flowers were delivered on time.
Maybe I'm too picky. But the flowers that were sent were many different colors (availability, I know) and were all standing straight up like they were in a copper vase. Truthfully, they looked like grocery store flowers to me. What I ordered looked elegant. What arrived looked basic. Whoever arranged them used the exact greenery and filler. Not sure why I feel the way I do. I'm just a little disappointed.
