The Glorious Farewell Standing Spray was breathtaking. I was very pleased that the flowers included were as represented in the picture along with Anthuriums.The flowers were fresh and the fragrance was in the air well beyond the location of the spray. I recommend Teefey Flowers & Gifts.

Your website made it a very easy experience. The only compliant I have is that: I ordered Pink flowers but got Yellow flowers instead. I not mad about it because the website did say you may not get exactly the same a what is pictured. They were delivered on time and the family was pleased with the flowers. I will be using this service again.

I have been buying these rose bouquets from Teefey 3 years straight for Valentine's Day. Great service and flowers every year. The only negative I would say is maybe the bouquet seemed less full and the rosebuds smaller this year. But still a beautiful arrangement. Covid has ruined everything so I'll give it a pass. I will use their business again next year.

The Monterey Sunset arrangement was as beautiful as the picture and stood out of all the arrangements sent to my Grandmother for her 90th birthday.
Teefey's flowers are the best. I get in a hurry or make a last minute purchase at other florists occasionally and am always disappointed. I have been buying flowers at Teefey Flowers since I went on my 1st date, and I am 62 years old now. I'll say it again, "Teefey's flowers are the best".

Nice arrangement with on time delivery. Extra effort was required by the delivery team because a street name was changed from East to West during communication, even though the correct street name was on the receipt. This "systems" issue knocked off a star from the review. However, the ream did contact me and get it corrected in time for proper delivery. It really should have been seamless, but I commend them for the the correction effort and ultimate on time execution! I would use again.

The flowers that were delivered for a funeral more heavily full of carnations and daisies. I expected more lilies and roses, especially when we paid to upgrade the flowers.

The Fiddly Fig in Kansas City (Contracted by Teefey Flowers) met and exceeded my expectations for service. Unbeknownst to me the recipient was in ICU and could not receive flowers on the day I requested. They continuously sent me emails letting me know the status of my order; THEY let me know when the recipient was out of ICU and would now deliver the flowers. I'll use them from now on whenever I need to send flowers for professional or personal reasons. Excellent service.

I asked for a dozen red roses for my mother on Valentines day. Instead they sent a dozen light pink roses to her. They said I didn't ask for red, but my receipt clearly shows a picture of red roses. I asked for a refund, but all they were willing to do is send her a half dozen of more roses. This is not fair. What kind of customer service is this?

The day before a friend's special birthday, I ordered Designers Choice. Always before, when ordering from Teefees, I had called in & talked to the person making up the bouquet, asking for their help in choosing the freshest flowers in a color design I wanted. This time I ordered online. In the comments to the designer, I asked for the happiest, freshest flowers they could find. I have never been disappointed previously, & I certainally wasn't this time! My friend sent me a picture of the flowers & they were indeed a lovely, happy design. We were both very pleased! Thank you!

They were delivered to the wrong house but one phone call and the problem was corrected in minutes. The flowers were beautiful. The flowers overall were beautiful, but the sunflowers were already wilting at the visitation. I believe they were delivered around 2 and the I was there at 3 to see them. The funeral service was the next day and they didn't hold up. I bought the most expensive package and thought they would be more full as well and last at least a week.

The only issues I had were that the arrangement was smaller in height than I expected (no dimensions/size are given on BloomNation) and they spelled my wife’s first name incorrectly on the delivery card even though it was spelled correctly on my on-line submittal.
When you go for “premium”... you get an INCREDIBLE display that generates heartfelt appreciation. This is a stunning arrangement and the white looks fabulous! I had several people ask me who my florist was... I proudly said “Teefeys”!
Great customer service. By the time I found out the services weren't at the funeral home where I indicated the flowers should be delivered (within 1/2 hour of placing the order) and contacted them; they had already taken care of all those details.
Didn't see the bouquet, since the flowers were sent to an out of town funeral.
I'm so thankful to Teefey's for the beautiful bouquet they made and delivered to my friend while she was in the hospital. She was absolutely thrilled and said they were just gorgeous!

8/30/17 I ordered the Sunset Passion arrangement to be delivered on 8/31/17. The arrangement was delivered on 8/31 as set-up without any issues. The arrangement is beautiful, fragrant, and a recreation of the stock image on the website. I am very pleased with my order as is the recipient; we definitely recommend Teefey.
