We delivered the arrangement at 1:39pm on the requested delivery date. The concierge allowed us entry to her unit. She was not there, so it was left at her door and she was notified immediately. The confirmation email was delayed, we apologize for that.

|My one complaint is that I ordered the flowers at 9am and got a call around 11am and the caller made insinuations as though she was at the location. I proceeded to call my wife and ask if anyone was there and she said no. I called back and no response. Finally called florist and explained story and they told me it would be 90 minutes.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
