The flowers turned out beautiful for my wife and twin girls. I did the designers choice and let the experts pick out what was needed. The flowers turned out better than I could have imagined and I will be using Tate's Flowers again going forward!

The note that i sent was folded on itself a few times and it wasnt until i spoke with the recipient that they searched for the note and found it. maybe it would be better on a seprate card or something. otherwise i have no complaints, the flowers were fresh and vibrant and the delivery was great.

While the blooms that were delivered were fresh, and the delivery was good, what was pictured versus what was delivered was very different in terms of quantity and fullness of the bouquet. If I could attach a photo comparison to the review, I would. It seems that the florist is happy to do the bare minimum. I’ll look at using a different florist for future gifts.

I understand that flowers might be substituted based on availability but the general theme is supposed to be reserved. I order an all purple, very mature looking, bouquet for my mother. She received something somewhat similar but it included sparkly, almost tie-die like flowers. I would not say that this preserved the theme, nor would I have bought something that looked like that.

What an amazing business. we ordered flowers for Tuesday, found out there was a viewing Monday evening; send them an email over the weekend to ask if there was anyway they would be able to deliver Monday afternoon instead of Tuesday Morning. We received an email acknowledging the request and confirming that it would be taken care of. Monday evening we received messages from our employee who's father had just passed away with a picture of the beautiful flowers and thanking us. Thank you Tate's for going above a beyond. Should we ever need flowers in your area, we will definately be using you.

The flowers were beautiful, the delivery driver was patient and communicated when it took me a bit longer to meet him at the door, and Tate’s was even able to accommodate my special request to use pink spray roses in the bouquet. My wife loved it! Thanks for making this Valentine’s Day perfect!!

I placed my Order #: 4559643227 on Jan 16. it was for Valentine's Day. I was delivered to her and she sent me the picture and I thought wait she got flowers from somebody else? it looked like totally different flowers. it didn't look like a premium and that's what I paid for. so I decided to call them. they said they would come and take that one back and deliver her a new arrangement. then they called me back and said we don't have the flowers you had ordered. my options were, that they deliver the same bouquet or get a refund. so that is frustrating, I ended up agreeing to deliver the same bouquet. otherwise, I would have enough time to buy her new flowers. I told them I would never buy from them again. NOTE: this was not their first mistake with my orders. I thought I would give them a chance.

We always used Tate's when I was a kid. My brother did deliveries for them during holidays. When I left Arkansas, I continued have them deliver flowers to friends and relatives for me. I'd call the shop and put in an order and they'd get it where it needed to go. This was the first time I'd done an order online, and they did it just as well as they always have. They delivered to north Ft. Smith, exactly when they said they would, and a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Tate's, and Carl--who gave me a call as soon as he delivered them. I ordered a bouquet for my wife while she was visiting her mother, the flowers were beautifully arranged and she said they filled the whole house with the smell of lily's. The delivery was quick and she got them early in the day, which I was happy to hear considering I had only just placed the order the day before, I am so appreciative of their being available to surprise her with flowers for our anniversary! I ordered the flowers on Friday morning for a funeral service for my family on Friday evening. I received the confirmation of delivery but my family did not receive the flowers and they were not on the list of all plants and flowers delivered for my family. I spoke to a lady who said they were delivered to the funeral home but maybe the funeral home made a mistake and gave them to a different family. I was told I could call the funeral home almost a full week later and see if they were still there. Not very good customer service and I won’t be using this company again.

I would lie to start out by saying thank you to Cricket at Tate's flower shop, she was absolutely a delight to hear on the other end of the phone. Cricket was not only very accommodating with this arangement but made it beautiful. Being states away and trying to send flowers can sometime be a crap shoot on what your getting for what you have to pay. Also when you sending them for a sympathy event, well your really not getting the reaction that you want from the person your sending them too. I would HIGHLY recommend this flower shop and CRICKET!! I have purchased with Tate’s and always received what I paid for but I have pictures of exactly what she received this time and it looked like the flowers were taken from a graveyard and thrown into a vase. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
