About the Shop
Tandem Studio was created from a deep passion of all things floral and a desire to turn away from mass produced, "cookie cutter" floral designs. We offer a more intentional shopping experience and each arrangement is carefully created just for you. You won't find the standard red dozen roses here. But you will find beautiful, colorful specially curated fresh stems and bouquets for all occasions.
We celebrate creativity, connecting and community through our creative workshops. Connecting is so important during this digital age we live in and workshops offer a unique experience for everyone.
Our philosophy is to bring nature into peoples lives and spread the joy of beautiful flowers. We offer this to our community through fresh flowers, faux flowers, plants and gifts. We hope our shop will spark a smile and leave you feeling inspired to spread happiness and peace.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
