The flowers were nice however the service was lacking.

Paying a delivery fee just to end up picking it up was disappointing. I was told when i got there that i should have stipulated a time, however there is no option to do so on the form.

I would imagine most people like to be surprised for their birthday earlier in the day. If I wanted it to show up between 9 and 5 i would of ordered from 1-800 flowers.

Hi Matt, I'm glad you liked the flowers and sorry about the misunderstanding on delivery. Going forward on our website it does have an area for delivery instructions (which you did use to put instructions about the address) you can also use that area to request a delivery time. When you called us at 12:22 asking the ETA on order we explained your order was made and ready for delivery, at which time you asked if you could pick it up and we said yes. Your order was made and ready to go and would have been delivered between 12:30 and 1:00. I have refunded the deliver charge of $10.80 but it might take a day or so to show up on your card. We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Prior to the delivery I called asking to be notified when the flowers would be delivered and I received a confirmation email within 15 minutes after the delivery. Amazing! Very satisfied with my experience. I ordered these flowers at 6:30am and they were at my parents door by 1:30pm. Hi There! We apologize that the arrangement was brighter than desired. The flowers in the image were white and pale pink. We used a darker shade of pink due to our substitution policy, as it was what was available. We do recommend that if there are questions/concerns with our substitution policy, that the order be called in/or a note made in the special instructions when placing online to avoid any confusion. Our policies are printed directly beneath/next to each product image. When exact shades of colors are very important, we definitely want to accomodate you, so we do recommend calling the order in in the future if minor substiutions will not work for your situation so that we can talk through your options.

I was actually looking initially for red and white arrangement but they were a little out of my price range. The florist called me to tell me they were out of orange gladiolus and would they mind if they used red instead. So the arrangement turned out to be red and white which was exactly what I wanted. As a follow up to the review I recently submitted expressing disappointment In the fact that some of the flowers substituted in my arrangement had wilted quickly I received a phone call from Tall Tree apologizing and offering to correct the situation. I explained that I have been a Long time Tall Tree customer and have always been happy with what I’ve gotten from them and that I understand that sometimes things happen and that the purpose of my original post was just to make them aware of what happened. The fact that they followed up is truly a sign of the great business they are. As I said, I have always been happy with whatever I purchased from them and their willingness to acknowledge and accept when something wasn’t 100% just makes me more a supporter of their business and product and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I ordered this bouquet for my mom for Mother's day seeing as the picture had some yellow roses. I also specifically asked for more yellow roses as that is my mom's favorite color rose. When we got the bouquet, there was not a single yellow rose. She loved the bouquet because she was not aware of the yellow roses missing, I however was disappointed that there was not a single one.

Not sure how to post a pic on here but the actual floral arrangement received was definitely NOT this. It looked like weeds thrown in a bowl with some random misplaced sunflowers. So glad I spent $70 on this....NOT. Very disappointed that you can’t trust what is being delivered and I will not be using this florist again.

I know that arrangements are subject to flower availability, however, the arrangement did not look anything like the image online. A combination of pink, yellow, purple and green flowers were used. No hydrangeas or tulips. Still a very pretty arrangement but not what I ordered at all.

I purchased a floral arrangement for my aunt's memorial service. I did not see the finished product as I am from Miami Fl. and could not attend. My cousins said the arrangement was beautiful.
