Sara Luna & Emily Tate
"Sisters are different flowers from the same garden" -Anon Sara and Emily are the owners and designers at Sweet William Design. They are also sisters, business partners, and friends. Here at Sweet William they aim to make beautiful and creative arrangements and installments that accurately portray the feelings and emotions that their clients wish to convey. Sara graduated with a Bachelors of Arts with an emphasis in Art and has been creating unique and fun pieces for over 15 years. She loves color and texture and uses both successfully in her floral arrangements. Emily has been designing for 10 years and is able to infuse softness and an ethereal feel into her beautifully constructed arrangements.

I ordered Walking on Sunshine Saturday night, the day before Mothers day. I needed the arrangement Monday before 11am. Of course all the flowers were gone because of Mothers Day orders. Th shop is closed on Sundays. I called Monday morning in a panic and the girl there told me there was no yellow flowers left until the afternoon delivery. My fault, but she put together an amazing flower arrangement with what she had. In one half hour she put together an amazing flower arrangement that was beautiful !

I had the most amazing experience with Sweet William!! My dear friend’s funeral services were beginning on a Sunday evening and that was not an option for delivery, so, I chose delivery to the mortuary on Saturday. Sweet William called me at work on Saturday afternoon explaining that they couldn’t deliver the flowers to the mortuary address I had given them. They proceeded to let me know that because of that, they had looked up my friend’s obituary, found the address of the church where her funeral would be and let me know that they would make sure the flowers got there Sunday evening. When I walked into the church, they were the first flowers I saw right on the table Wendy to her picture. The staff at Sweet William went above and beyond to make sure the flowers I had ordered arrived and were beautiful. Thank you so much!!!

I asked for a custom order on the phone and was informed that it was feasible. I placed the order approximately a week in advance and added the desired customizations to the online order. When I picked up the order, I have been told that nearly all of the flowers I requested were unavailable, and they improvised. I would anticipate being notified of this situation in advance. Given the price point, the service was extremely disappointing.

I live in Florida and have a dear friend in South Jordan who was struggling immensely this week. Sweet William had excellent reviews so I chose them to cheer my friend and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The on-line ordering process was simple and flawless, the bouquet was very reasonably priced, and same day delivery was only $10. I feel like they truly put their heart into the bouquet that was sent because the photo my friend texted me is beautiful. In my opinion Sweet William went above and beyond all my expectations, and most importantly, they brought joy to my friend when I was not able to be there in person. meh... I sent my wife this from my kids, and sent my mother something similar priced from a florist near her. SO very different. I think I could have picked something similar up at Harman's for about $30-35.

The website provided a space where I could provide special instructions. I requested that the delivery person be loud or respectfully conspicuous when delivering the flowers. When she arrived to my wife's workplace, the delivery person raised her voice to a moderate volume and said, "I'm looking for Annie". Due to a broken keypad in a gated community, the arrangement was not able to be delivered on the day expected. Very quickly, I received an email letting me know and I was able to get the gate code and email the information back to Sweet William. Honestly, I'm a little underwhelmed. I chose the Spring Designer's choice option and hoped there would be a blast of color or similar coloring to the Spring bouquet option but the delivery looked to have only included purple and yellow flowers. The lilies were not open so the only pop of color were a few tiny pink flowers but they were wilting and sad right in the middle :(

What Kara got doesn't look like this picture! The flowers are sparse and the greenery is the predominant element in the vase! Even the bow looks SAD!!! It's possible the photo she sent me is of the back of the arrangement rather than the front? However she recommended you to me and said her arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! I have ordered from Sweet William several times this past year. I order from New Jersey for my sister-in-law and her family, who live in Salt Lake City. The joy and excitement each floral arrangement brings to her are honestly astounding. She sends me photos, and videos of the arrangements, and they are breathtaking. Most recently, I sent the Christmas Theme, Designer's Choice (I always use Designer's Choice - as they are the artists and use what is fresh and in season), and I have to say how impressive the arrangement was!! My sis loves good smells too - so I always add a note to the designer - make them smell amazing - and they do just that! The beautiful scents last for weeks! I highly recommend Sweet William to anyone in the SLC/Jordan area who needs to deliver something big, bold, and beautiful! I am sure their smaller arrangements are beautiful, too, though! I have found my new favorite florist. "Sweet William" is truly one of a kind. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and after it was placed the manager called to ask me if I would consider using a different vase. They were out of the one pictured. He apologized about not having the vase but gave me several great alternatives. He also added a few extra flowers to my order. Who does that!
They went beyond what I would expect any florist to do and I am very pleased with my selection.

I have used you guys before for the birth of our granddaughter and it was great. This time, however, the roses I ordered my wife looked a bit aged when we got them delivered and we are about 24 hours in and they don't look like they will last for more than a couple of days.
UPDATE: Sarah called me and apologized and said they wanted to send a fresh batch of roses with an upgrade. They promptly delivered replacement flowers. I think that is first-class customer service which is rare these days. Thank you very much!!

The flowers were great. I received a picture from the person we sent flowers and noticed the note that was handwritten with our message. It looked really sloppy. Mistakes were made when writing the note and the person tried to correct it by writing over the existing words. This appeared a couple of times on the note. I would have hoped that the person would just start all over again with a new note instead of sending it that way. Little embarrassing to send. I would suggest printing nice notes instead of writing them.

My wife’s grandpa had passed away and I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to her. It was great that delivery that day was available. I had the chance to see the arrangement that was delivered, and it id not look anything like the picture aside from the box. No overflowing greenery or large blooms. All blooms were very small and looked like carnations. I was recently sent an arrangement from Sweet Williams, and I saw it online and it looked very similar to the pictures. First time ever using this place and will be the last. Ordered the Modern Box of Roses to have delivered for a friend. In the advertisement, the roses are beautiful, fresh and tall. The ribbon on the box is long and tied nicely. The actual delivered piece is far from it! The roses were almost dead looking, crowded in the box and barely stuck out over the top of the box. The "ribbon" was literally tied straight around the box with no design. It was awful, I was so embarrassed to even have sent the delivery. Will never use this place again! You do not get what you paid for and what is advertised. Do not waste your money here.

I paid for a deluxe upgrade but it looked exactly like the standard version. Paying for the upgrade was a total rip off. Everything else was great including the look of the flowers and the delivery service. The card was hand written instead of computer generated. Just something to keep in mind.
They spelled my wife's name wrong. Tough to do given that I spelled it correctly in the order. It is an easy name to spell.

Not satisfied with this. The arrangement wasn’t very similar to the picture shown. Not one of the Lillie’s has actually bloomed. Half the flowers were already shriveling or dying and the other half hadn’t bloomed yet. Will not be using this service again. Not worth the price asked for.

I was so thrilled with the attentiveness, creativity and call back to make certain of any special issues. I wanted Megan to make a basket for a 2 year old with not so much flowers but with a truck, book, and other fun items. It was clearly a customized gift basket and was so, so fun for his birthday. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
