The process of ordering was smooth and delivery on time. It’s hard to rate the quality since I did not get to see it before it was delivered to the recipient. Would have been helpful to get a picture sent prior to delivery, to the purchaser.

I needed to send flowers for a funeral. Unfortunately, I could not make it to the funeral I am so far away. I was happy that I found a florist local to where I wanted it delivered. I DID NOT want 1800 flowers or something delivering it to late or to the wrong place or dead flowers. Especially since I would not be there to receive them. The shop contacted me immediately after receiving my order. They wanted to let me know that the flowers I picked were going to take a little longer to come in ( I think they may have been out of season). The person was so polite and respectful of the situation and offered a perfect solution. They delivered them exactly where I wanted and knew the time of the services so they wouldn’t be late. I can say it was the easiest and best interaction I’ve ever had with a florist. I wish I still lived near, I would use them for all my floral needs.

What I ordered verses what was delivered were definitely two different looks, they missed the mark on the shape of the arrangement, the shape of the vase it was suppose to come in, and no effort to make it look good at all. I give them two stars because most of the flowers were the perfect color but they did over use a color that cold have worked if they knew what they were doing. I’m definitely an unsatisfied customer who won’t use them again. Terrible experience.

It is really easy to order a delivery from another country (Austria)! I ordered a birthday bouquet for my best friend who lives in Connecticut.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
