I understood that you had no Hydrangea Plants available and asked that you send a bouquet with cut hydrangeas and Gerber Daisies, but no Lilies. The bouquet received had one Hydrangea and a few Gerber Daisies. I requested a photo, but never received one. Only received a photo from the recipient.

Had flowers delivered for a death in the family and the name was spelled incorrectly on the card, making it seem like the flowers came from someone they didn't know. For condolences and funerals you would expect that to be double checked. Flowers were nice but the gesture was soured by the confusion caused by the mistake.

Sutton Pond does an excellent job!!! I live in Texas and needed some pretty flowers sent to my daughter in law in North Andover. Super easy and the flowers looked great! Dropped off at my wife's work with no issues. The card was handwritten and not some typed out generic style. Wasn't expecting that so that was a nice touch. Still way too expensive for flowers in my opinion.

I received a photo from her and was thrilled to see that she actually received what I ordered. The flowers were pretty. I intentionally ordered them for Valentine's Day, but they weren't delivered to the recipient. Instead, the surprise was ruined and the person had to go search for where the flowers were left and didn't get them until 2/16. Wish a bit more effort was put into making the connection.

I paid over ninety dollars for these flowers and unfortunately was very unimpressed. There was no heart sticking out, no ferns, no chocolate is my true love box, no fancy bow. And above that the card that you are allowed to type in to go with the flowers was not included when I went to pick them up. The woman was extremely rude when I told her that I was missing the card and refused to print it out for me. Instead she hastily and quite grumpily wrote out what I wanted to say in terrible handwriting with a pen. I was incredibly unimpressed and will not be returning. You can find far better quality flowers and service elsewhere.

I understand that the bouquet photo represents an overall theme and not the exact flowers that the receiver will get, especially depending on florist inventory, season, etc.
The flowers that were delivered didn't match the bouquet description or autumn theme at all. The delivered flowers included red roses, yellow gerbera daises, a white/green hydrangea, white baby's breath, and yellow alstroemeria. I was hoping for something more seasonal and unique.

Got "flowers" in a plastic hanging pot but not the mixed arrangement I ordered....it was more like a hanging planter you'd buy at Home Depot's nursery. Wrote a note to the florist who has yet to respond. That said, it all played out during the shutdown and I was just glad a local business was open and doing business......and we were happy to send some business their way on that count.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
