WONDERFUL experience. Not only were the flowers beautiful but the service was incredible. We were in the middle of a heat wave and my gift recipient wasn't home to get the flowers until the shop had closed, but the shop worked with her schedule, delivered the flowers over after hours to meet her schedule, to ensure they wouldn't be left in the heat. Top notch service for an excellent product. Highly recommend everyone use this shop!!!

The delivery person left the flowers outdoor during the storm and by the time my friend was home to pick it up the whole bouquet was destroyed and it’s just waste of $100

[Update] However, I want to acknowledge that the team reached out quickly and offered to replace the flowers without hesitation. I truly appreciate the customer service and how they took responsibility. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business responds that really counts. Thank you for making it right! Probably one of the worst values in flowers I’ve ever paid for and over paid! your pictures on the web are very deceitful what I got was 1/4 of what you show. I also asked to be delivered sometime after 2 PM if possible my wife and I came home at 10 AM. It was outdoors on a front porch in the cold. I will never use your services again. This was a rip off. This is why people use the grocery stores florist, which has a much better value.

The bouquet I ordered for my mom was delivered on time and matched the seasonal color scheme that was promised. However, it was very small and looked thrown together. Disappointing considering that the cost including delivery and tip was $100. I won’t order again.

The flowers came in a box that was soaked and half the water was gone. Some of the flowers were wilted within an hour or two. Disappointed in the quality with the price I paid for this birthday surprise for my wife.

This is worth reading. I ordered a bouquet for delivery and it was not"beyond beautiful". Normally, I wouldn't say anything and not do business with florist again. However, an email asking for a review got my attention. After speaking with Karen at Sunnyside, she pleasantly agreed to make it right. In past years, have been satisfied with the quality and value. Not so much this year. Many of the flowers looked like they were at the end of their life. The overall size of the bouquet was small compared to the cost. Looked a lot bigger online. So between the quality of the flowers and the lack of value, not very happy.

I've been using Sunnyside Gardens since the late 70s and have never had a complaint.
Unfortunately since it has changed hands the quality of the last two orders were just 'Ok' in comparison to the orders during the pervious 40+ years.
Sadly, with price increases, the addition of a $13.00 charge for a delivery approximately 1-1.5 miles away - not to mention being prompted to add a 'Tip' to the total, it is now time to find a new florist.
(A tip prompt for an online order strikes me as obscene as the order magically appears with no human intervention at all.)
