What a terrific experience. I ordered flowers online, this shop actually had reasonably priced flowers, other places I searched had ridiculous prices. The folks called to tell me that the arrangement was delivered. So nice to have human interaction. My Mother just called and she said the arrangement, delivered 4 days ago, is spectacular. Beautiful, fresh flowers delivered for a birthday at a Carlsbad resort. The associate at the florist was very helpful when I called to see if the flowers had been delivered and once they were delivered, she even called me back to let me know, great customer service.

I ordered the “deluxe” version of this bouquet, and was disappointed by the size and amount of flowers in arrangement. I expected more. I was going to order from Farmgirl flowers, who had a much larger bouquet for the same price, but would have been delivered a day later, so I opted to try a local company and was ultimately disappointed. The flowers were fresh, but weren’t that fragrant.

As the person paying, how do I know it was an honest purchase? They could have really delivered something worth $50.
We all make mistakes. But taking a pic and sending to person paying it would be ideal. Having peace of mind that we were not taken advantage of from an online purchase is all we ask.
Will not purchase from this vendor again.

I would never take advantage of anyone and wish you would have called me direct and discussed it with me as I would have been happy to replace with something you liked as I looked at the picture and tried to do similar as possible. During COVID unfortunately it has been difficult to get all the flowers that are pictured and we had to substitute. Thank you, and I do appreciate your business.
