How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (702) 254-0063, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (702) 254-0063 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The flowers were NOT in great shape, overall.
Especially when compared to the photo online.
Wilted and dreary looking, not much vibrance.
Additionally, for ordering the "Biggest + Best" size, they seemed very "underwhelming"
Props for same day service and delivery/ communication.
But I am very disappointed with the bouquet itself, which is what really matters in the end.

I’ve been ordering flowers from this florist for quite a while. The service has been great and the flowers beautiful. That said, the last three times i’ve ordered, the arrangements and service have been disappointing to say the least. The final straw for me was a sweet, but not the most detail oriented staff member calling the recipient of the surprise birthday flowers I ordered to discuss a change with the arrangement instead of me :( I was disappointed, and went into the store to pick up the flowers. When i got there, a large portion of the arrangement was dying and dull. I think this is the final order for me. The bright spot is that Julie was very sweet and apologetic. It’s been a good run, and i wish them all the best moving forward!

First, they delivered in the late morning and my wife got to enjoy all the compliments at her work all day and the bouquet was AMAZING! The flowers I ordered online were received in a timely fashion. I would just suggest that the florist send a photo to the individual who placed the order so they can know exactly what the floral arrangement looked like. When you make an order from out of state, you always wonder what is the end quality of your orders.

Flowers looked nothing like the picture. The picked up the 1st delivery since I wasn’t happy with the order and sent a new arrangement. I asked for vibrant colorful flowers like the picture and the arrangement still looked dull and blah! I was very disappointed since this was going to LPGA golf pro. I should’ve just went to Smith’s and had an arrangement done there for half the price and it would’ve looked fresh & fabulous.I’ll go somewhere else next time.

We did use same color palate as picture but at times we do have to substitute certain flowers for what is available at our wholesale, and what is the freshest variety available. Our website does state that substitutions may be made to equal or greater value based on what is available at time of purchase. I can also guarantee the flowers and customer service you receive with Smiths would be subpar in comparison. We appreciate your feedback.

I’ve used suncity-summerlinflowers several times and have been satisfied with their work, but I recently ordered a bloom for my mom on Mother’s Day and the floral arrangement included two (2) Lily buds that never bloomed. I would have wished that actual bloomed flowers were used.

I've bought flowers for my wife 3-4 times from Summerlin Florists and I am always amazed and very pleased with the quality of the floral arrangements. The floral arrangement pictured was ordered on 4 May 2024 and delivered on 6 May 2024. I requested in the order that the flowers be delivered in the morning. That did not happen and when I called the florist I was informed a driver was out obtaining more flowers for my ordered level (Premium) of arrangement. The flowers showed up around 3:00pm and what arrived was disappointing to say the least. The flowers were wilting already and quite a few petals were already falling off. I have pictures of what showed up to our house but can't attach them to this feedback. With such amazing quality from previous orders, I wonder what happened with this order this time?

A number of the blooms were browned at the edges on arrival and the whole arrangement was dead inside 3 days.

These flowers were delivered to front desk of Centennial Hills hospital on the 15th, and taken to Margaret Hefer on ICU floor. Unfortunately, because Margaret was on the ICU floor, flowers can NOT be kept in the room. This is protocol at ALL hospitals. Therefore, flowers are kept at the ICU nurse station for the patient.

Purposely ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement from this florist because it was only 0.5 miles away from my in-laws’ house. It arrived on time and looks lovely but some of the flowers were already wilting and looked like they were arranged days ago. The delivery man said it had been sitting in his car all day. The flowers were a little wilted in general, especially the roses. The order was placed the day before and was delivered after 3 pm on the day of delivery after having called to ask what time they expected to ship it since there had been no communication all day. The girl who helped me was not in a very good mood when she told me at 1:30 pm that they were working on the order and it would be shipped in 2 hours and she hung up the phone on me with a bad attitude. My wife liked the anniversary present because it was a gift and flowers, but I personally was not satisfied with this store.

Sun City Summerlin florist is a great florist with a delivery service that goes above and beyond. When I ordered flowers from another online service they would deliver the flowers, for the most part, on time. Sun City Summerlin's delivery service wanted to hand the flowers to the intended recipient. The driver even called me to ask when the recipient would come home. When I told him the recipient wouldn't be home until much later the driver said he would make that particular delivery his last of the day ensuring a limited exposure to the elements while the flowers sat on the porch! They are a great business.

The flowers were beautiful and the vase was of high quality. I am, however, very disappointed in the delivery time. I asked for the flowers to be delivered "as early as possible" and they weren't delivered until 3:45pm. (when the person receiving the flowers wasn't home, that's why I specified EARLY) and so, the flowers were delivered the next day, a day after her birthday. Not good.

I did an on-line order. I placed a call Tuesday afternoon to inquire on a tentative time for delivery. I explained to Joe that we had dinner reservations. Joe was exceptional and made sure the flowers were delivered prior to us leaving for dinner. Unfortunately the next morning the arrangement was wilted. I placed a call to the shop and spoke to Joe. Once again he stepped up and arranged to have the arrangement replaced. The customer service was above most in my book.

I give this 00 stars. This was the worst arrangement, was for a 60th wedding and anniversary, given in front of 120 people, it looked as if someone had stolen it from a cemetery 2 Weeks ago. Honestly, was a bit disappointed. I purchased this specifically because Purple is my mother's favorite color. However, most of the flowers were pink, and the (roses?) were actually beige! I understand the fact that floral arrangements are subject to availability, nature, etc, and one should never expect the final product to match the picture exactly. However, if the flowers in the pic weren't available I wish I had been contacted first. I do appreciate that they were able to do this within 24 hours, though.

I was a bit disappointed however, I had left a note specifically asking for more purple daisies but that did not happen. There were more pink and green daisies. The recipient of the Plum Peacock arrangement said it is the most beautiful bouquet she has ever seen. I ordered this "Pastel Beauty" for my mom and received an arrangement that predominantly had roses that were fuchsia bordering on red. That's not pastel by definition. Dark colors are not pastel colors. Even if you did not have pink roses, you could have substituted with other pastel colored roses to maintain the whole look and feel of the arrangement. I would upload a photo if I could so you can compare the advertised item versus the reality. Terribly disappointed.

I ordered this $200 arrangement on a Sunday night, online. It wasn't delivered until I called Tuesday morning to ask why it hadn't been delivered yet. They said their computer had been down Monday. I understand that, if that was true. But I hadn't gotten a phone call yet to explain to me why it hadn't been delivered. And the arrangement that was delivered was NOTHING like what I had ordered. It was just a cheap, plain florist's vase, not the beautiful huge vase in the picture. The flowers were pretty, but didn't look anything like the picture. AND it was flat in the back, like it was made to go up against a wall. Mine looked like a nice, $75 florist's special that they grabbed out of their refrigerator to hurry and deliver. I sent two emails to let them know I was unhappy, and I still haven't had a response from them. Then I got an email asking me for a review. I figured if they didn't care enough to give me a response to my emails, I'd let them know this way.

I’m one not to complain often but thought I’d say something as I’ve had numerous arrangements made by Summerlin Florist before. I again had the same upgraded Deluxe “Kiss Me” arrangement delivered to my Mom and was a little taken back on the quality of the arrangement when I saw the pic. I even went back into the order to make sure I ordered the upgraded set and to make sure I ordered the same arrangement I’ve had delivered a couple of times. I understand that online arrangement pics and ordering online is or can be a challenge, yet I’m still speechless with seeing what was delivered especially when paying for the upgrade. I do apologize for the complaining as I’m out of State placing the order, but may research other florists to deliver flowers in the future. I have a pic of the arrangement I can share if that helps.

We live in CA, so when we wanted to send flowers to our aunt who lives in Vegas, I started reading reviews. I was very excited to send this to my significant other and I wasn’t very pleased with what was delivered as it was not at all what I payed for. I have pictures and receipts to prove. Also, when I tried to contact the florist about the mistake, she dismissed me to talk about it tomorrow. I am very disappointed. This was supposed to be a special gesture for someone I care about and you guys soured it by making a careless mistake. I wish there was at least more effort on your part to remedy it. This was a last minute gift idea and I was able to get fast delivery, even a day earlier than I needed. I bought two premium vases with flowers and the recipient's absolutely loved them and said repeatedly how beautiful they were. My sister-in-law thanked me for the arrangement and sent me a picture of the flowers. Very disappointed! It looked nothing like what was pictured on the web-site except for the purple vase that it came in. There were hardly any roses. There were more mums than anything. I spoke with Helen who was extremely polite and let me know that delivery today would have been impossible for she did not have the flowers to make the arrangement. I told her it was not an issue to wait until she received all the flowers that were supposed to be in the arrangement. She said she would order them and would be able to deliver the flowers Monday afternoon. My wife’s Birthday is not until next Friday so I appreciate Helen doing this. The colors of all flowers were outstanding and vibrant. As I live out of town I have always had excellent results the Sun City. Well I would love to be able to tell you how the flowers looked, however they never got delivered. I called the shop late in the afternoon and the lady I spoke with said they had some difficulty with the delivery truck but that my flowers were on the truck and being delivered. About an hour or so later my girlfriend received a phone call which she didn’t answer. The person left a message that they were from the flower shop and they wanted to make sure she was home before they came out to her house, and said if she didn’t call back they would deliver them tomorrow. She called back, 3 times and also text them. No Answer, and NO FLOWERS! Even if they deliver them today, today isn’t her birthday. Won’t ever use this company again. Sun City - Summerlin florist was the shop that should have made the delivery. Really disappointed! However, they just contacted me and they are refunding my purchase and still sending the flowers. They were very apologetic and did everything to correct the error.

The location did a great job of delivery on time but I paid for the most upgraded one for our anniversary as we had the basic of this exact for our daughter and nothing was different. When ordering flowers yesterday, I chose a beautiful arrangement but didn't know what type of flower to select, so I selected "sympathy." In the florists notes, I wrote that the flowers were for a friend who has terminal cancer and is in hospice care. She isn't passed yet, but isn't getting better so I didn't know what to select. A few minutes later, the florist called me and asked if she could add to what I ordered, making it bigger, brighter, and more fragrant. She also said that she was so sorry and that it broke her heart to hear this. Through the tears on the phone, I thanked her over and over. Sun City Summerlin Florist is my GO-TO flower shop in Vegas. I live out of state and have relatives that I send flowers a few times a year, and I have always received photos of the arrangements and they are always top-notch. I also am impressed with same day orders, I ordered flowers around 10am and they were hand delivered by 3pm same day!! I also like that the photos on the website are actual bouquets that they have photographed, many websites offer the same stock photos so you don't see what you are actually ordering. Very disappointed when the flowers were delivered. I know if you can't make it exactly look like this you create something that is close. I did not expect it to be almost all yellow with a few orange thrown in there. Was not full and vibrant at all. Had holes throughout it so you could see the stems where there should have been flowers.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered an arrangement and on the day of delivery they called to say they didn't have the vase (which was the distinguishing factor in my purchase). As as accommodation they said they would upgrade my arrangement and instead some half assed arrangement showed up. I paid $90 for what I could have purchased from Costco for less than $20. These folks were recommended to me by friends and now both my friend and I will not use these guys again.

I would not recommend this florist. What arrived had a vague resemblance to the picture posted. I understand the policy states it has the right to substitute , but is also says it would be of equal or greater value. This lantern is 3x bigger then what was received, you could barely see it. It was so small a glass candle as shown wouldn't fit. The glass candle shown is as big as the whole lantern I received with a tiny tea light. How is that equal or greater value. Sun City Florist totally misrepresents what is posts and their policy.

This place was great! Called yesterday about 20 mins before they close to ask if they had a website (didn't look on google for it but it's posted) and what would be the best way to order. She informed me I could drop by or order online but I was 25 mins away so I wasn't going to make it on time. Placed an online order later on that night (after business hours) and the delivery got to its destination at 11 am!!!! I figured it would take them a while to prep and deliver since the order was put I n after business hours last night but it was delivered earlier than what I thought it would and it was even prettier than what it looked like on the website. My girlfriend absolutely LOVED THEM!!!

What was a very exciting day was very disappointed with the flower selection that was delivered to my best friend. I choose summerlin flowers based on reviews. I placed my order online and chose the upgraded flowers so there would be big beautiful pink flowers and I requested a pink bow tied in the vase. I was elated my dear friend of 16 years was expecting her first child she is in Las Vegas and I am in I'm in the Bay Area and I just wanted to show my support. She called me upon delivery of the flowers but when she sent me a pic I was disappointed and upset with what I saw. Very few flowers didn't match the photo they were as pale pink as could be more like white no pink bow and just didn't meet my expectations. From now on I will go with 1-800-flowers.com. So much for trying to support local business

I was given a choice of waiting a day but that really wasn't acceptable and so I agreed to a different arrangement (two smaller pcs instead of the premium large arrangement) and I regret that after seeing photos of what was deleted.
