Loved this arrangement as shown on their website and placed an order. However, the picture they sent after the flowers were left at the front door has a complete different look. The flowers are not arranged in the same pattern and the flower selections are not the same as shown on the website which makes it look inferior. Very disappointing. I would suggest if flowers need to be substituted, the pattern should at least look the same.

The bouquet that my boyfriend's mother received looked nothing like the photo. It was not full and beautiful like the picture. What they sent was mainly daisy's and look lop sided. I know what a bouquet should look like as my aunt is a florist. I could have purchased something from a grocery store for half the price with more flowers. Then when the owner called to talk about my other review on Google she talked over me and basically told me I was wrong. I will no be giving here another chance. This was not a good experience. I live in NJ and my grandmother lives in Summerfield, NC. The ordering and delivery process was fine, but the product itself was grossly underwhelming. I ordered flowers as a 95th Birthday gift for my grandmother and when I was sent a picture of the arrangement, it was not at all what I thought it would be; it surely did NOT resemble the Isle of White Delux Arrangement I ordered. So we contacted Summerfield florist and they explained that because of COVID-19 that there was a shortage of flowers. So to make things right they sent another bouquet over. First time customer. Delivery was spot on! There were white roses in the arrangement instead of all red (as pictured) which took away from the arrangement due to all the other white flowers! They called me shortly after to let me know they didn’t have the pink roses in the arrangement I’d picked as they weren’t in season. They were super helpful in picking substitutes to put in the arrangement and I hung up certain they’d do a great job. My friend sent a picture of the arrangement after it was delivered and they did in fact to a great job! It was beautiful and she says it smells lovely and that she also really likes the vase they used! Very happy with this purchase and their customer service!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
