Good morning, Mrs Rechele. I'm deeply sorry and saddened to hear you had such a bad experience with my flowers.
Every morning, i hand-pick the flowers from the grower, and this is a first. My flowers usually last much, much longer, and i test them and spray them for longevity also. I personally delivered the flowers alive and beautiful. How different was my arrangement from the pictures? I do it every day...
I wish that you had called me, instead of hurting my little business with a not so nice review without even talking to me,explaining the situation, or giving me the opportunity to fix it. If you would've had called me , I would've exchanged the flowers in a heartbeat and gotten a credit from the farmer. I do this by passion, and I treat all my customers with care and respect.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
