Sugar Magnolia Flower Company is a full service floral design studio, serving the greater Asheville area and surrounding Western North Carolina mountain communities. Our design staff crafts one-of-a-kind luxury florals to help our clients celebrate, show love and experience the beauty of flowers. We forage, grow, support local farms and work with select imported flowers for our custom designs. Local delivery available for the greater Asheville area. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Two bouquets were ordered from Sugar Magnolia. The smaller bouquet "Box of Love" was quite satisfactory. The deluxe bouquet "Blue Ridge" had very little blue/orchid flowers and an abundance of white flowers. I had asked for the flowers that were to be added to make it the deluxe version to contain some white flowers. I had tried to talk to someone at the shop but it was impossible to reach them directly or through BloomNation. If I didn't live a thousand miles away, I would have visited the shop to place this order, it was important. Upon reading my initial review, the owner of the shop immediately contacted me via email and text after her shop had closed. She apologized for the misunderstanding of my instructions. She heard my disappointment and provided me with a satisfactory solution for the bouquet and for the inability to communicate. Hannah genuinely cares for her customers and has a beautiful product on her website and facebook page. I will do business with her again.
