Hello Andrea, I regret that you are dissatisfied with the basket. We thought it was beautifully crafted. Although there isn't a precise height measurement, we made sure it was adequately filled for the $75.99 you spent. Instead of the three roses shown in the image, we added nine roses to enrich the arrangement. To avoid any future confusion, we will be revising the photo on our website. However, please note that we cannot influence delivery costs, as they are determined by driver expenses and fuel.
