|I am very disappointed with your delivery service. I specifically included within my order instructions on how and where to deliver the flowers i ordered stating that the large white vinyl gate needed to be pushed open in order to leave the flowers at my front door. Not only that, my cell phone and the receiver's cell phone number were also included within the order, we did not receive a text saying a delivery was completed nor did I get a ring from my RING camera door bell, instead, the flowers were left on the ground on my driveway there to die in the hot sun!!!!!! This is not the type of service I expect after spending over $200.00. I kindly request that you reimburse me the full amount asap. This is NOT good business!!!

|The reason I say this is last year I sent someone an arrangement from a different florist - NOT YOU - and when the recipient sent me a photo, I was disappointed. It did not look nearly as good as the Stock photo. (It was a florist in Pasadena - not you)
I know I could ask the recipient to send me a photo, but that's sometimes awkward, especially since this was a Sympathy arragement.
I was pleased it was delivered on time and my
pesronal message was accurately conveyed. The rest is just a thought.
