Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (210) 495-7442, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

I sent these to my mom for mother's Day and was very happy with their timely delivery! I love out of state so I never know how it will go but stone oak florist did not disappoint! My mom absolutely loved the arrangement and said it was beautifully done. I also called ahead of time to give them delivery instructions such as the gate code and they delivered with no issues. Ordered a head of time and payed for delivery while I was at work. When I got home still wasn't delivered and my wife thought I forgot. I called in a few times and couldn't belive response I received. They told me they where over loaded with 150extra orders and on valentines there is no delivery windows. So I will get my order sometime that day. If I knew this I wouldn't have planned and payed for delivery. I would have picked them up or just drove down to HEB. I also payed for upgraded larger basket and still received the smaller one. My wife cried seeing how I was talked to over the phone and seeing the invoice showing her what I paid for and received. She ask me never to order from stoneoak florists again. Super disappointed with this experience. I have used them a few times on other things they seemed like they did ok. Not sure why they declined so much.

Flowers were of good quality, but the arrangement was very small. For $110 I expected more than 3 lilies and 4 roses in an arrangement less than 12 inches tall. I ordered the “Medium” but that’s not what I got. When you live out of town, you take a risk that this will happen. Won’t make that mistake again.

Once again, you came through like Champions! My wife of 54 years was thrilled with the roses. The candy was also very nice, but a little on the really, really, really sweet side.
We got them right around 1:30 or so and that was perfect. The gentleman who delivered the flower was extremely nice and said, "Happy Anniversary", which was very welcomed to hear.

I was exteemely disappointed with the arrangement. The picture nowhere came close to what my wife received. When we called to complain, the owner or manager was quite rude and basically said “too bad, we sent what you ordered.” He made no attempt for an accommodation. $ 200 wasted in what should have been a special day for my wife. I am a first time customer with this company and my experience was not up to par. On the day of the delivery I had a random stranger calling me saying my order was delivered to their house which was obviously not the correct place. We both had to reach out to the company and explain that my order was incorrectly delivered. About an hour later I reached out again to double check that my order was getting picked up they said it was and I would receive a confirmation. 2 hours later, still no confirmation. I called for the 3rd time and was told that it was delivered. But still no confirmation? I explained to the man on the phone that I was frustrated with the lack of communication from them and that I wouldn’t have found out till much later that my order was misplaced if it wasn’t for that kind stranger. He never offered a refund or anything. I understand people make mistakes but I was really disappointed in the customer service.

I got the upgrade and when they were delivered it was the standard bouquet nothing about it was upgraded that was very disappointing to be lied to and taken for more money without it actually being honored was sad to say the least

I chose this arrangement and this florist because it was so colorful, cheery and was pleased with last year's purchase. What was received looked like a sympathy arrangement and very somber. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture. White roses and white lillies were used instead. There was only 1 color in the arrangement; a few purple iris. This was an expensive purchase for me. Also, is it just me, or why don't roses smell like roses any more? My wife noticed this too. Her roses, while beautiful to look at, didn't smell like roses. They actually didn't smell at all.

They were great, the only thing I would say id that if you are delivering to Methodist Stone Oak, they are only able to leave the flowers at the front desk, so you will need to call the hospital 210-638-2911 front desk to make sure flowers are delivered to the room unless you take them yourself.

Stone Oak Florist went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations!! I have sent roses to my daughter every year on her remission anniversary for the past 11 years.On year one, she received one rose, year two, she received two roses, etc. We were excited this year to be celebrating her 12th year in remission because this meant we could finally send her a complete dozen! When the roses arrived, they were beautiful but my daughter mistakenly thought there were only 10. Because of the significance of the anniversary, I called the florist and explained. They were SO gracious, apologetic, and accommodating and quickly sent someone to replace the bouquet and even sent her a box of chocolates. THEN come to find out afterwards, there were indeed 12 roses in the original bouquet (my daughter had miscounted). I felt terrible but even after all of that, they were still so sweet and apologetic. Truly exceptional customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars because 5 is not enough! I am very thankful for them and am now a forever customer!!

In the picture, there was a variation of pink carnations, my daughters had the same one, same color. I was a little worried about when the flowers were going to be delivered. I know I asked not to do so until after 10 am, but we usually go to dinner at 4:30 and by 1:30, nothing had been delivered and no indication that anything was on it's way.
I suggest you find some way to notify your customers that a deliver is coming and some kind of time to expect that delivery. This may be impossible, but you should look into it.
Also, the delivery person almost forgot the box of candy. I had to run out to the street and fortunately she hadn't left yet and remind her. She got it out of the truck and all was fine.
So, just a few minor things, but the flowers were great and my wife is really enjoying them. I thank you very much for that.
I'll be back next year and for any other occasions. Stone Oak Florist is very reliable, that's why I always return to you for the excellent service.

I ordered the “deluxe” version of the FTD Tranquil Bouquet. I’m not sure if the example pictured on the website was the “standard” version (I assumed it is), but I was expecting more blooms with an upgrade, not simply more filler greenery. Didn't get the flowers to my daughter in law when they said they would. Left them with a security guard and wouldn't follow up to find out where they were. The shop employee actually yelled at me and refused to help. I had to track the flowers down and make sure they got to the room at the hospital. They only arrived an hour before the patient left. I'll never use this florist again.

My mom, who is dealing with so much emotionally these days in the aftermath of losing my father to cancer and being so isolated and alone due to Covid-19 restrictions, was so cheered up and incredibly happy to receive the beautiful arrangement of flowers from me and my boyfriend who live all the way on the other side of the planet in New Zealand. Flowers were delivered late. When I called to check on my order, there seemed to be long silence and surprise until employee found me in the system (mine was and on-line order, placed the day before). I was then told my arrangement would go out on the next delivery run and I would get a delivery confirmation email. No time estimate provided. Whenever flowers were delivered I never got the email and I had to keep asking a family member if they had arrived yet? Arrangement was pretty but much, much smaller than the website photo bouquet. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I was disappointed in the spray. I had asked for something "similar" to the sacred duty spray by Teleflora and increased the cost to $350.00-400.00. (The Teleflora spray was 179.00.) The spray looked just like the Teleflora spray. It certainly wasn't a $350+ spray.

I am not usually the type of person to complain about anything but I ordered flowers from Stone Oak Florist because it was the closest flower shop to NCBH. I have a friend staying there and I wanted to send her a little cheer. I ordered the Light and Lovely bouquet and my girlfriend sent me a picture of the flowers and I almost gasped when I saw how sparse the arrangement looked compared to the arrangement I was told was being delivered. I even did a side by side of the two arrangements. So pathetic! For $40 at least throw a few more carnations in there to fill it up. It looked so bare and awful. I was almost embarrassed by the arrangement.

The flowers were beautiful and very fresh looking! Everyone commented on how beautiful they were. I was a little surprised though. The family had the memorial service Thursday night and the funeral was Friday afternoon. I didn’t think they would be delivered on time to the memorial service so I had them delivered to the funeral. However, when I got to the memorial service, the flowers were there! It was an unexpected but really nice surprise! I didn’t put down the memorial service address, just the funeral address. They must have looked up the deceased person and delivered it there. So awesome! We will be using this florist again!!

At first I was upset because the arrangement did not contain the lilies as shown I had ordered the Premiere and wanted the same flowers. I contacted the Stone Oak Florist and was told that the white lilies were not available and they substituted instead. I personally thought the lilies made the bouquet and felt they owed the recipient lilies. They delivered pink colored lilies to the recipient the same day at no charge. This customer service is what makes a five star florist and I thank them for how they handled this.

I've been a loyal customer since 2008. I have had little to no issues regarding delivery and/or floral arrangements. My only caveat being delivery costs within the area to be in excess of $10. I'd rather spend that money upgrading the floral arrangement but with that said, I do understand the costs of doing business.

Saw detailed photos of the arrangements that were delivered and was very disappointed with what I saw...Certain fowers were not blooming. Some were in the wilting phase and there were flowers were also barely budding. It was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. The arrangement was certainly nowhere near the $80+ I paid.
