As an indecisive person, it takes the choice out of my hands and places it in very capable ones. This was my first time purchasing from your shop. I was very impressed with your professionalism. The driver stopped by, initially, to drop my girlfriend’s flowers off (for Valentines) and she wasn’t here. Rather than leave the flowers on this busy day, the driver circled back and handed the flowers to her after a short while. The flowers themselves were gorgeous. Absolutely impressed with the quality of the arrangement. I would say for the price I paid I’d like to see more flowers in the arrangement. The video note was my girlfriend’s favorite part of the experience.

Best florist I've had in 30 years. Arrangements are very aromatic and last a very long time. Not unusual for me to receive from guests, and family members, positive comments on how beautiful the flowers always look. I love receiving them from your delivery person, and they are always ready to be displayed. I don't have to take them out of a box or arrange them myself. Again, the presentation is high quality. When I'm not sure of the best bouquet for the occasion Steven Mueller's staff comes through with a big win every time. They have even helped me out with a couple last minute near misses on my wedding anniversary and kept me out of the doghouse. They are truly the best!

I was a bit disappointed because I specifically ordered an arrangement with Freesia. It's her favorite flower. I understand that availability of certain flowers makes substitutions necessary because she was a floral designer for 28 years. I'll just call the order in next time to be sure what I want is available. Overall, the arrangement was fine and I'm sure we'll be doing business again.

I made my order online the night before I wanted it delivered. When they had not been delivered by 3pm the next day I called the store. The woman that and the phone acted like it was absolutely ridiculous that I was calling to be sure my order had been received. The flowers that were delivered were not as pictured but still beautiful. I would recommend updating the picture with the actual arrangement. The picture provided makes it seem like the bouquet with be very full and voluminous but what was delivered was a tad lopsided and definitely not as full. I understand that things may shift in transit but since the vase isn’t transparent, I think it would be nice if there was foam in the vase or something to hold the flowers in place a little better. Especially since the price is quite high for daisies, a flower that is normally cheaper.

The bouquet we received did not appear as pictured in online order. There were far fewer flowers in the bouquet. For 65 dollars we asked for a deluxe bouquet and it was sparsely filled. Disappointed with the flowers for my grandmothers 79th birthday. there were only a 1/3 of the flowers shown in this picture and it didnt even contain the succulent.

I received a photo of the flowers my friend received and honestly, I was disappointed. Maybe it was the angle in which she took the photo but I was let down when I saw it. This was supposed to be a short/squatted arrangement but what was sent was tall- automatically changing the look. Sooo much greenery was stuffed at the bottom of the flowers causing an odd transition within the presentation. I loved the photo on the website but not the final product.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I used this florist to send flowers locally, to a hospital right next to the actual location of this florist. I used the online order service, selecting a future date (3 weeks out) to be delivered for my wife's birthday. These clowns delivered the flowers 2 days after the order, ignoring the scheduled date, almost 3 weeks early. When my wife wasn't even there to receive them due to it being her day off, they just dropped them off with some different staff at the desk and left. After finding out about this BIG mistake, I called them, expecting them to assist me in making the situation "right" and agreed to have Steven make up a way better, totally different arrangement. Also they would put a new card with a different note stating they had messed up and that they were sorry, not your husbands fault etc... well they simply just delivered the same arrangement and the same note again on the correct date. Garbage service, garbage florist, and garbage follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Do not give this business your money.

The flowers arrived in a nice arrangement and was very close to how the bouquet looked online, however the arrangement looked bigger online, so the size of the arrangement was a little disappointing.
I had specifically requested an April 29th delivery when I ordered the arrangement, but the flowers were delivered on April 28th. Better early than late I guess, but it would have been nice to have them delivered on the day I requested.
Price was comparable to other places, overall, I would order from here again.

Mueller's has always been my 'go-to' florist for a long time for beautiful flowers, convenience and personal deliveries. The arrangement ordered as a Mother's Day gift, although the correct flowers, colors and quite beautiful, was not done in the 'style / arrangement' I had intentionally ordered. This arrangement was beautiful; however, I chose the DELUXE ($150) vs the pictured STANDARD ($90) version, since this was for my Wife’s and My 40th Valentines Wedding Anniversary. Had thought about buying the PREMIUM, but it was $180!

My DELUXE only had the same, 18 Red Roses. Really, for the extra $60, I cannot discern what that bought me. It said I would get MORE flowers! I assumed $60 MORE would maybe be in a larger, identical base, BUT perhaps with 24-28 Red roses, vs the same -18. They were the ONLY expensive flower in the arrangement! Should have just stuck with the Standard. Next time I will know better. To me, this type upgrade marketing borders on Deceptive Advertising!

Bouquet looked nothing like this picture. Flowers were not arranged nicely. Only thing that looked the same was the flowers were purple and pink. Plus, I had asked them to text my mom and set flowers on the porch. Instructions were ignored and delivery person rang doorbell and handed flowers to my mom who is 80 years old (during the pandemic).

The bouquets (I ordered two identical to use as centerpieces on a round table) were stunning! They did all the flowers for a memorial service we had, and it was GORGEOUS! I picked a spray with the colors and look that we liked and told them how much I wanted to spend on all the flowers. Roses were nice, but too expensive. $80 for "tier one" roses, $100 for tier two, and $120 for tier three. No explanation of the differences Next year I will carefully examine competitive prices.
