Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (251) 943-2837, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (251) 943-2837 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I'm very disappointed. The Herb Basket with flowers resembled nothing of the photo. The birthday Herb basket ordered for my Mother's Birthday was mostly mint, a lettuce looking something & a red flower. There are many traditional herbs - rosemary as shown, sage, thyme, oregano etc that could & should have been included & was not. I order my from your store each year. No longer. Too many other options.

Have used this florist for the past couple of years. Had one negative experience where I selected the designers choice and older flowers were used to make the arrangement. I did not report negatively on that single occurrence as the order was placed on a short notice, therefore I accepted some of the responsibility for this. Over these couple of years, that has been the only negative experience I have had. Designs are always modern, flowers are fresh, deliveries are made when requested, etc. I will continue to use Stemz for my floral needs.

I order this premium arrangement on a Sunday night online (after reading some of the customers reviews) for a friend in an out of town hospital in South Baldwin Regional Medical Center. Order was easy but you just never know what kind of flowers a florist ends up actually put in an arrangement so I called Stemz Florist Monday morning after receiving the order confirmation. The lady was very nice and professional and helpful and assured me that she would use premium flowers such as Star Gazer lilies, Hydrangeas, Roses and pink and white tulips . They delivered as promised the next day. My friend who said that the arrangement was gorgeous ❤️Thank you!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
