I was notified one or two days before the delivery day that there weren't enough of the light pink roses (my girlfriend's favorite) for a full seven, but since extra roses were included in the bouquet beyond seven, the other colors matched well with the light pink roses that were there, the communication was good, and the execution was very good, I'm still giving five stars.

Excellent experience!!! I ordered a floral arrangement online from Iowa for my daughter who lives near Stella Grey Blooms. The order was for her birthday to be delivered the same day. Online ordering went smoothly; flowers were delivered promptly. And the arrangement was beautiful!!! I saw the flowers in the BloomSnap email from Stella Grey (loved the BloomSnap!) before they were delivered followed by a picture of the flowers from my daughter with a huge heart she had drawn around them ❤

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
