We did try delivery, but the address was incomplete when given on the order, with no Unit number provided. No one was home when we attempted delivery. We emailed the customer the afternoon of the attempted delivery and never got a response until 2 days later. We called and left a voicemail, with no call back either. Our policy is to not leave our deliveries on a doorstep to a unit with more than one residence. We want to make sure that our clients receive what was order for them. We are attempting a redelivery.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
