I purposely paid $100+ for this flower arrangement (and delivery) because i thought the colors would be blueish/purpleish, as shown in the picture. i know it can be hard for the florist to make what is exactly as pictured, but i was hopeful. the recipient's favorite color is this blueish/purpleish color. the flower arrangement turned out to be pink. had i known earlier, i would've taken a chance with a competing company that had a bigger arrangement with more roses, for the same price.
the website also gave me problems; was stuck at the payment page and wouldn't let me proceed. after my payment finally went through, i received multiple emails reminding me that my order had not gone through and it was still waiting for payment... which caused a little bit of a panic.
on a positive note, this florist accepted my last minute order (5pm the day before delivery date). good for procrastinators like me!

Disappointed in an old time business. Placed order on Feb. 26 for bouquet of flowers for my sister’s 66th birthday to be delivered on Mar.3. It did not get delivered nor was I able to contact any one from this business until after 2pm. After following the instructions that were given on the phone. (Text message them because they can’t come to the phone and can’t leave voice message). I texted message them at noon and did not receive any communication from them till after 2 (by the way this is when they close on Mondays) and I was asked if I still wanted my flowers be delivered or cancel. I definitely cancelled my order. Will not order from here again.

Arrangement of flowers was first rate and lovely.
The delivery was left in a bit of an obscure place in our garage, as my wife wasn't home, and when my wife came home she didn't notice the flowers until later when she to check on our solar water heater.
I think the delivery person put the flowers in the garage to keep them out of the sun, but since your store had my wife's cell number, it would have been good to call her and say the flowers were in the garage so she would have known.
Maybe that's a suggestion for your delivery people.

Very dissapointed! Delivery was on time. But the arrangement was totally different than the item I ordered. I specifically wanted the torch gingers but came with only 2 small ones on the side & the bird of paradise in middle. Also, the flowers looked smashed together. It was NOT very pretty! I was not contacted about the change of the flowers in the arrangement so that I could make a different choice.

I was very disappointed as the arrangement that was delivered to my 90 year-old aunt for her birthday looked nothing like the picture online. From the vase to the flowers, it looked like they made a mistake and gave her the wrong arrangement. I wanted something bright and cheery and got one that looked depressing.

My sibling and I ordered a funeral wreath for our Uncle. Siblings commented the flower placement was elegant and beautiful. My experience with ordering was great. I called to order and received detailed instructions on how to order online. Due to Sunday delivery I was told to select Saturday, but enter details in the remarks section. I called to confirm and everything was delivered as expected. My only comment from my cousins were they couldn't figure out who had sent the wreath. No notes were available anywhere on the arrangement like other deliveries. If would order again from this business for other happier occasions in the future.

I selected a succulent variety of plants And I even ordered the “deluxe”, not knowing what that meant. I went to my dentist office yesterday right after the piece was delivered, and I must say I was embarrassed. In my opinion, it was the most unattractive. item I have ever seen coming out of a florist. I have seen a lot of plants and flowers and arrangements because I am married to every retired florist. The recipient says she likes this piece but it’s very hard to believe. I’m extremely disappointed and embarrassed. The other gifts I have sent from Stanley Ito are beautiful, exceptionally beautiful, but this one was a pathetic mass of confusion and ugliness.

Hi there. Thanks for delivering the flowers on time. I spent alot of time searching for a florist in Honolulu to find something that I wanted to send to a dear friend who lost her husband to cheer her up and to say thank you for looking after my mother. I really liked this arrangement "Watercolour Beauty", it was sweet, colourful and unique and it did not have an "every other bouquet" look, just the right choice for my dear unique friend. Unfortunately, when I saw the photo of the actual arrangement that was sent, the style had changed alot. I do understand that flowers used will differ depending on availability, however, you still should keep the same style and overall look compared to what we choose, otherwise, you should just write there, "any bouquet with 50% of the flowers you see in the picture". I was so disappointed to see something like Gypsophila and lots of ordinary greens being used, it really killed the original unique feeling, looked nothing like your "Watercolour beauty" which was so pretty... As a florist, designing these arrangements, you of all people would know Gypsophila and greens gives that ordinary feeling and that it killed this original look... such a pity. It is so different to the suggested design direction. Anyway, no hard feelings but certainly will not be recommending to others :(

Ordered as a Get Well arrangement. Order was delivered on time and was very fresh. Since we live on the mainland, we were sent photos by the recipient. The artistry was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of flowers crowded into the top of the arrangement. To be fair, we had ordered the Deluxe version, and had assumed the tall artistic style using bamboo would be preserved. The styling was crowded. However, the recipient was pleased. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral. I requested a picture of the actual flower, but they didn't send it. Because I upgraded and ordered deluxe. The image in the picture was purple roses and white flowers, but what was sent was pink carnations and white flowers, which was completely different from what I had imagined for my uncle’s funeral flowers….

Staff at Ito Florist were thoughtful on calling/messaging me to address whether a banner ribbon would like to be added. I paid extra to have more flowers which I thought would make it larger/wider. But it looked like more flowers were just shoved it the vase. I had no problems with the order experience (5 days in advance) and the flowers were delivered around 2.00pm on the specified date with the specified note in a hand written envelope.
I received an email confirmation about 1.5 hours after delivery.
I wish I could post a picture of the arrangement. This was an incredible order! The flowers I ordered for my girlfriend for our anniversary were beautiful. But on top of that, they were delivered with a hand written message and chocolates that were described as “the most incredible I’ve ever had”. They were also delivered early in the day just as requested. Those little things go a long way and I am so glad I chose Stanley Ito out of all the competitors in Honolulu.

Their website is a bit confusing. What I thought I ordered was not what was delivered. I ordered the Kadomatsu 2 standard but the picture shown was the deluxe. The description under standard said the bouquet would be smaller than pictured, which I thought meant smaller in size, not less flowers. When the recipient sent a thank-you email with a picture was when I realized the standard was not the arrangement pictured. It did not have the orchid sprays, evergreen branches, third protea.. It was only when I went back to the webpage that I saw another box which identified the pictured arrangement as the Deluxe. It would have been clearer if the description identifying the Deluxe arrangement as the pictured arrangement was in the same box as the price and other information. I would have ordered the deluxe if I knew

I was unfortunately disappointed in the arrangement my mother received as it looked nothing like or similar to what I had ordered. I was expecting a full round arrangement and I received what looked like, something that would be displayed against a wall because the back was completely bare. The arrangement itself looked like it had been driven around all day. It seemed dejected. I do understand that with these times maybe some flowers perhaps were unavailable but seriously. I ordered pretty well in advanced and if it was unable to be done well then don't do it. Refund my money or ask that I choose another arrangement that can be done to specs. Thank you.

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the Easter arrangement, however, I was disappointed not so much with the flowers but with the service, or lack thereof. I ordered the protea and lily bouquet. I received an email indicating that the protea was unavailable and that they would replace it with other flowers. The email asked me to call or email to confirm my approval. I was hoping to change my order to a different arrangement so I emailed, no response, then I called and left a message for someone to call me back, no response. For year 2020. This arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. My sister-in-law was blown away with the flower arrangement. I usually send a Xmas arrangement but wanted to do something "different" this year, and this was perfect. I will order one for my dad for year 2021. The flower arrangement I ordered arrived in a timely manner and it was beautiful! It didn’t quite look like the picture, but it did have a succulent, with 6 roses, and others like the picture! The arrangement was sent to my mom for her birthday. She was quite surprised and sent me a picture of her with the flowers accompanied by a HUGE smile on her face! So we are satisfied and would use, as well as recommend this florist!

To be honest, I was expecting a little more "red" in the arrangement, as pictured on the website for the holiday#1 arrangement. The arrangement sent was OK, but not as "festive" looking as the arrangement pictured.

This wreath surpassed what I had expected! There were so many beautiful flowers. It was placed in the front for everyone to admire, and they did! The price was also very reasonable at 300.00. The delivery was also very prompt for an additional 12.00. I would definitely call on them again.
