Second time ordering from Stacie’s. First was good, but this one so-so. The flowers weren’t very fresh and most of the roses were already browning. BIG difference in how the pic looks and the actual arrangement and this sucker wasn’t cheap either!

FANTASTIC as always!!!! I was using fromyouflowers before and they never ceased to disappoint. I looked up something close to my desired delivery address, and came across Stacie's. I toured the store before making a decision, and actually ordered an arrangement. They made it right in front of me, and I was in aww. What was received was nothing at all what was ordered. Ok maybe the vase was but that was it. Then when I go back to the site to pull it back up to compare, it was removed. Now I realize as stated items won't be picture perfect identical but this wasn't even close. There were even half the amount of flowers. 3rd time I've experienced this with this company and I won't be doing it again.

I ordered a Valentine's Day flower arrangement and it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 13, 2025. It was not delivered by 6pm so I called them. They were very sorry for not delivering it on Thursday. They said they would have it delivered first thing on Friday 14, 2025.
The flowers were delivered by 9:10 am on Friday. They actually sent two different flower arrangements and some ballons to make up for the missed delivery. That was very nice and great customer service. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks for taking care of me. Roy

The flowers were beautiful, but the reason for 3 stars is this. I ordered these from my job. you kept up with me with emails. You sent me a email say these flowers were hand delivered at my house. This was 2pm yesterday. I got home at 6pm and they were sitting on my front porch in 105 degree heat. I picked them up and I thought the water in them was boiling. My wife was home all day. She knew nothing about the flowers until I got home. This was dissapointing .

I am from out of town and have had very bad experiences with "national" mail and online flower delivery services, so I was determined to look for a local shop to have an arrangement delivered for a funeral. Stacie's came up as I was searching and from the reviews it seemed like a good choice. I placed the order for White Hydrangea Plant. The day before the delivery was to occur I received a phone call from the shop informing me that they have tried for a week to get my White Hydrangea however due to the heat there were none to be found at least the size of the plant that I wanted. They graciously asked if there was some other alternative that I would like and I told them that I would leave it up to them. To my surprise a few hours later I received a picture of what they had chosen, and all I could say was WOW! Thank you Stacie for such excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of floral service. If I lived in the north Dallas area I would use them ALL the time!!

A MUST READ REVIEW!!! Wanted to do something awesome for a friend/neighbor in the hospital. Honestly I was disappointed in my order. I was given roses instead of the tulips I ordered. What make it worst is that decision was made without my knowledge and I only found out when I called to check on the delivery status. The person I spoke to was nice and the quality of the flowers was great but the fact that someone would take the liberty to change my order without speaking to me first left a bad taste in my mouth. The worst part is that no one did anything to make it right. This is my honest review.

To be fair, the customer service was terrific. I live out in West Texas and I was sending the flowers to my sister in DFW for her birthday. She sent me a text that she loved them.
Stacie's was kind enough to send me a photo. I've never had a florist do this and it was greatly appreciated.
As for the arrangement, it was super expensive, as was the delivery charge, but so be it. I appreciated a delivery of flowers even being possible.
Composition was a bit tragic. In comparing the delivered arrangement to the photo of the arrangement I ordered, there were three really big discrepancies. All of which irk me when it comes to floral design.
1) Too many carnations, which are cheap and totally old-school. They are just so much filler and the blooms did not reflect the cost of the arrangement.
2) No dutch irises. There are several in the example and I understand substitutions when necessary. But a carnation is not a good substitute for a dutch iris.
3) The tired old sprigs of leather poking out at the bottom. I urge Stacie's to move on from this foliage as it is so dated. I understand it is cheap. But, that is part of the problem.
I also question the dark colors used when jewel-tones and pastels were pictured in the arrangement. I'm disappointed. I am. But, I do really appreciate the relationship-building and customer service this florist provided. In these days, that's an old-school practice I can get behind.

I was not able to attend the funeral for a family member however, some of the other family members were there and called to let me know that peace lily was beautiful.

The flowers had barely any color unlike what is shown in the picture. I spent $70 on this and they didn't even give me the mother's day card i ordered with it. The balloon was supposed to be in the vase not a stringed balloon that took up driving visibility on the way home. Very small vase and unimpressive flower bouquet for $70. During the quarantine one of my employees had a death in the family. I ordered online a bouquet of flowers and afterwards found out the funeral was 2 days earlier. The florist reached out asking for any special delivery requests and I asked if they could deliver next day despite the original order being placed for end of week. They rushed the order at no extra cost and had the flowers delivered to the funeral home next day. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and came through for me during this obviously difficult time. I hope to do business with them again but hopefully for a more happier occasion.

I am disappointed in my experience with the store. I ordered my Granny flowers for Valentine’s Day on 2/13. I called my grandmother several times during the day on the 14th to see if she had received the flowers. Finally around 4:30 (when they still weren’t there) I attempted to call the store. I was unable to reach anyone. My 93 year old grandmother called me on 4/15 to tell me she received the flowers at 10:30PM. I find this unacceptable. I understand that it is a very busy day, but 10:30 PM with no phone call is outrageous. My grandmother was thoroughly embarrassed and scared when she woke up to answer the door. Also, the $100 arrangement was not worth price, and the ballon never showed up but was refunded when I called.

Well, it didn’t start off good. I was not aware the the shop put business and schools a priority over residential deliveries. So needless to say I was upset when I got home at 5pm and nothing was delivered, and not update from the shop. I tried calling and it was constantly a busy signal. So I drove up to the shop to see where my delivery was and the shop was closed already, but had customers inside with the doors locked, so I knocked and a lady came to the door and was saying we’re closed and wouldn’t open the door to talk to me. I found that very unprofessional and rude, since people were still in the building. I sent may emails and messages on FB and finally a sweet lady messaged me back on FB and said that she would be delivering my stuff around 6:30 pm and she did. She apologized and made my order extra special. Kudos to her for going above and beyond. I know in the future to not select delivery on Valentine’s Day, but to do it the day before.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my mother, and it was *very* disappointing. I was actually embarrassed by it. The arrangement I ordered as shown had in excess of 20 blooms, in 2 colors, with a few red ornaments mixed in. The one she actually received were 8 single color blooms (half of them carnations), with no ornaments. For 89.00. So basically 10.00 a bloom. It was a very poor effort. I wrote them about it, and received no response at all (so much for customer service). Beware buying from this florist.

The card was misspelled horribly. As well the case was sad and intended for maybe a rose or two. Not 22 stems, has to be leaned against a wall to standup straight... not to mention the flowers, you got 4 correct... 4 out of 22...
