Hello, sorry about the chocolate. I’ve refunded the charge for chocolate. The tulips arrangement contains 10 stems, we put 10 stems in that arrangement. Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations.

I ordered a custom bouquet and left it up to the florist to put together something beautiful for a family friends mother who had passed away. I gave specific instructions that the colors were lavender, purple and white and to do what they felt was best within my budget and to have it to the church by a certain time. I was more then pleased with the results. Thank you for the hard work and your efforts to make the family feel the love. It is appreciated.

I am really disappointed with the flower arrangement we received. We ordered the premium flowers. The flowers were fresh but the arrangement was horrible. I think for the price charged they could have done better job. I wish I can post a picture of what we received here.

Hello I’m not sure why you would say that. The standard have 12 roses. This arrangement have 18 roses. I arrange it very pretty. It was my favorite arrangement that day because of the color. If what your saying is true you can definitely post a picture so people can see it. I wish we could’ve done better for you. Sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations.

Somehow I got the wrong delivery date on my order. Double checking the email receipt, I must have entered, or left unchanged, the date and failed to make it right. Verna got them and was very happy with them. My Mother told me that I would learn from my mistakes. She didn't tell me how many times I would make them before I did learn.

The arrangement didn't look like the picture as white baby's breath was used. Maybe they were out of the purple/lavender ones. If so, then a discount should have been applied. This was quite expensive for just 6 roses.

Ordering flowers from St. Paul Floral was quick and easy. Their website is well-designed and there is a lot to choose from. I ordered for next-day delivery just before Mother's Day and the flowers were delivered by noon. They even called me when the phone number I put as the delivery phone number was not picking up (I had put an incorrect number for the delivery number). Once they had a good phone number, they called ahead and made the delivery to the delight of my mother. She loved the arrangement and the card. I will always look to St. Paul Floral for flower delivery in the future.

The arrangement looked like they purchased flower bundle from cub foods and through them in a dollar store vase....they weren't arranged at all. So disappointing.

However, I order the deluxe size for the flowers. The flowers i received only had 4 roses, 3-4 carnation, and 3 lillies. It looked like it was a standard bouquet since there were a lot of spaces between them. The lilles were not bloom and she really love lillies.. so i hope to see the lillies grow.

Very pretty, lilies were staggered in blooms making for a beautiful arrangement on the table for the last 2 weeks. Like always, the flowers remained in great state throughout the 2 weeks, aside from the first lily bloom. Would've gave 5 stars, but the lilies had a slight bruising, a slight yellowing on the tips of the pedals. It was -14 degrees out as well, so I hate to knock them for a small flaw, but only absolute perfect should get 5. Consistently reliable and my go to florist! Thanks again! BTW I always receive comments on, "You/we still have those flowers from (x) many weeks ago!"

My boyfriend’s mother love the arrangement however, I did pay extra for additional flowers and when she sent a picture to my boyfriend I noticed some flowers in the advertised arrangement were missing, and they were no roses and the purple flowers were also missing.

The flowers were sub-par in quality- wilted/off-colored (black, brown) edges on 50-75% of the blooms. The arrangement was also very mediocre. I got the premium upgrade, so paid roughly $170.00, but I probably would have been happier going smaller. The actually vase was so big/held so much, that even with the increased number of blooms, the roses were vastly overshadowed by green filler. It looked like a bush with a few roses in it, because of the vase size.

The good: The flowers were fresh, smelled wonderful, well-priced, arranged in this pretty yellow-ribboned vase and were delivered promptly and in exactly the manner in which I’d requested.
The not-so-good: I ordered the “standard” arrangement of these, with the assumption that the flowers would be relatively similar in arrangement, assortment and placement / fullness.
Not the case.
The were sparsely-arranged flowers. While I realized — after the fact — that they offered three different tiers of the same bouquet, it was not made as clear, and definitely not as visually clear, as it could have been to demonstrate how full each bouquet would be based on the tier you selected.
Summary: Would I buy from them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. But only under the condition that we read every nook and cranny of the descriptions and don’t get so lost in the promo photos.

I made plenty of comments that the flowers were being sent to a friend who had a loss in their family. I chose the Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet T210-3A and the mug had the words "ROMANCE" written all over it. Pretty insensitive if you ask me; they should've just put it in a cheap vase and informed me they didn't have the mug. Some flowers had the brown decay on the petals and they had no smell. The flowers did not look like the photo but I do understand that the florists photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. I was disappointed, I get better service at a big name brand floral place, I chose to shop local because I expected a better quality and experience.

I bought a sympathy flower for my younger sister. I anticipated the flower to look like the picture. I had the option to have the florist add in more flowers which would cost more, but when I read that if I decide to not add more, my flower would still look like the one pictured, so I went with that choice. The one in the picture was already really pretty. When I went to pick up my flower, I was devastated. It looked NOTHING like the one in the picture. There was barely any flowers, so pretty much the sympathy flower I got for my dear sister was GREEN (simply just stems and leaves). It was embarrassing when I brought it to the funeral home. I wish there was an option to post pictures. This is my first time ever having to buy sympathy flowers, and I went with this shop because it was close to home. I will never return after this experience. I just wish the lady had refunded me a bit of my money because she had said she did not have one of the flowers and had to replace it with another type of flower, which turned out to disappointing as I would have liked the original flower more.

I have never had such a bad experience and it really is a bummer since I was hoping to have found a flower shop that I could order from once a month.

Well the delivery person did not deliver them to a person and instead put them in a mail slot in the entry way of her building. The flowers were lovely, but the enclosed card did not include our names as the senders! I included our names on the card, and the correct message shows up on the receipt/order confirmation, so it was pretty disappointing that the names weren't on the card that our friend received. My friend was very puzzled and had to call the florist to find out who sent the gift. My suggestion would be to double check the cards before delivering to make sure they match what the customer has requested and the store has confirmed!

Very convenient same-day ordering for a last minute gift. The flowers arrived almost exactly as pictured, and the blooms look really healthy. There are more irises and some pretty little maroon flowers that I think make it prettier than pictured. The delivery person was really patient with the construction where my parents live too. I am from GA and have ordered a spray from this florist 3 years ago for my mother's funeral. They did an excellent job on the spray and delivered it to the funeral home in a timely manner. With me living so far, it was very easy for me to use their website and order my arrangement. Also, I've shopped around the area and this florist beats the price on the spray I ordered. With that being said, my grandfather just passed and funeral is this weekend, I decided to order from the same place again. And again, awesome job! Beautiful spray for a great price!

Easy to place an order online . Variety of flower designs to choose from. Pricing is about the same from other competitors. Although, I didn't see the actual flower design that I ordered but I was told it was pretty upon delivery. All in all I'm happy with St Paul floral.

I put in the order last minute and I appreciated they were able to get it done for me but there seems to be an standard, deluxe etc. type options where they can add more flowers for an added fee. I ended up getting the deluxe edition but the final look didn't wasn't even what was pictured. Don't be fooled by the photos. They didn't have pink carnations so they substituted peach roses but even then it was sparse looking still and some of the rose leaves were already bruised but they didn't seem to care about the quality. I probably will not order from there again

Unfortunately, the flowers and vase looked nothing like the picture; the flowers weren't as full and beautiful and the vase was white and looked cheap. Customer service however, was great and the flowers were delivered on time.

Past arrangements have been very nice, but this arrangement did not have the yellow roses I expected, delivery seemed to be confused-this was for my wife's birthday, not a church event (she is the church administrative assistant). Delivery made it in time Friday morning, but the roses are dead (Sunday). Smaller that it looks in the photo and poor value for the money ($50)! Not very happy with this at all. Mike Tholl

I googled a florist in St.Paul and chose St.Paul Floral. I could not have been happier. They delivered a the exact bouquet I picked from their on line selection. I had a complicated delivery to by daughters business on her first day of work. They did not disappoint and a very stressed daughter's day was brightened. Thank you and when I will be sending flowers again from my location in Duluth I will be picking St. Paul Floral.

The flower arrangement while look nice in the photo is very small. the basket is round and not square and it was dripping a lot of water. The flowers looks very "basic" and for this season where MN finally has nice selection of flowers this just comes across as a cheap arrangement

What I ordered was not what was delivered, I ordered pink roses (which was pictured online) and received yellow, and most roses where brown (aged) on the edges. I placed the order at 8:30 for same day delivery and had to call back at 3:45 pm to get an update on the order. I was told that they just received the order and asked if I wanted to push the delivery to the next day as they didn't think they could get it here in time. I ordered these as a birthday gift and requested same day (which was advertised on the website). They did get them to my office at 4:25p.m., but the effect wasn't the same for the recipient. I expected to pay additional for same day delivery, but don't feel I received at all what I ordered. Highly disappointed. Will use another local shop in the future.
