Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

We ordered this beautiful arrangement from out of state. We picked St. Cloud Floral because it’s local to grandma, and ordering was VERY easy from their Google Maps site. The flowers arrived on time today and are perfect! We will definitely use their excellent services in the future! Thank you!

The team at St. Cloud Floral is amazing! I forgot the person I sent flowers to was traveling and when they couldn't make the delivery they contacted the recipient. She asked if they could redeliver the flowers when she returned from her trip. The florist contacted me to let me know and shared they would remake the arrangement in a week and redeliver the flowers. How proactive and kind are they?! And the bouquet was stunning!! Thank you St. Cloud Floral, you are first class!!
