Was unhappy with the flower arrangement. My family spends a lot of money here and are always pleased with the flowers we receive. However I ordered for my mom’s birthday and I asked for specific flowers and the arrangement had none of the flowers I requested. If the flowers were not available that should have been communicated. The bouquet I received is frankly not anywhere near worth the price I paid for it.

The arrangement arrived unwrapped and it appeared it had fallen over since there was very little water in the vase and some of the bottoms of the cut flowers were exposed. The colors and the arrangement were nice but not worth the price charged !

I paid $120 for the bouquet plus tax and delivery for close to $150. I had expressed my desire to have a colorful bouquet and the bouquet was almost entirely red and white with a couple sprigs of what looked like a weed sprouting in the middle. The photo I was given is not what appeared at the funeral home. Also, when I went to the store to order, I was told that what I would order would be much nicer than the $49 bouquet in the case. But it wasn't. I was also told to go home and order online, since the floral designer hadn't arrived yet. So it seemed like a big waste of time to go there in person. I have ordered many prom and homecoming boutonnières over the years from this shop. And they did a great job. But I guess this is not the place to spend $150 on a bouquet.

This is what it was supposed to look like airy and very unique with the green flowing leaves and I see roses right I also paid extra to have more flowers put in. My sister’s birthday is very special is special since she has terminal cancer. Wanted to Wow her. A generic floral arrangement showed up looked more like a tele flora bouquet no roses no airy twigs no beautiful greenery. For more than $100. Flowers were Just placed in a higher vase with a birds nest. Definitely time to move on from ordering here. How sad!

My absolute favorite part of this order was the communication from the shop, they send a text message with photo once the arrangement was made, and another text with photo once the arrangement was delivered!! Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
