It was a seamless experience ordering the flowers online. The delivery was on time and the flowers were just as I ordered. However, being the one who ordered, I should have been the one to call about estimated delivery times rather than calling the person who was supposed to be surprised by the flowers. That being said, I would order flowers from this florist again.

As we discussed on the phone, I promised to do my best to ensure you would be happy with our service and the flowers. In the arrangement, I replaced the three stems of green poms with green carnations because I believed they would last longer. I also added many spray roses, which are more costly, instead of using too many Christmas ball decorations. My intention was to make the bouquet more special for you, as I had promised.
The arrangement may look different because I chose to include larger flowers, green carnations, and spray roses in place of some of the holiday decorations. However, I assure you that all the flowers used were fresh, and I put my heart into creating something unique and special for you.

The arrangement and flowers that are featured in your website is very much different from the one that was delivered. I gave ample time so that you can prepare the color of the flower that I specifically like to be included. Your office should have at least sent me a message that you can not deliver and produce my specification. But I appreciate your effort to deliver it earlier than what was scheduled.

While the flowers were exactly as pictured and I'm very thankful for that, the experience with this order was frustrating. I wanted the flowers to be a surprise but my wife got a message the day before saying she would receive flowers. I stated on the online order the business closes at 4 pm but the order was only picked up by the courier around 3pm. I received an email saying the flowers were delivered so I contacted my wife who then said she never received them. I called the florist to say she never got them and she has left work. The florist apologized and suggested another address for it to be delivered. I gave my address . I called the florist back for an update only to be told the delivery driver says the address doesn't exist. I gave my address again and phone number. I then get a phone call shortly after from the courier saying he was outside. I open the door to see the courier went to the wrong house so I hollered and said " hey over here"
The only saving grace from this is the flowers are beautiful but everything else was very very frustrating!

Although we made every effort to deliver on time, the traffic did not permit us to move more quickly. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a discount on your next purchase. I was disappointed when I visited my Aunt today at St. Boniface Hospital, from the picture I saw on the internet, I expected a larger bouquet, then my Aunt received. It was small and needed more filler and flowers to match the picture I based my Aunts order on.
Will return to ordering my next arrangements from the Valley Florist on Hespler.
