Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (204) 306-4949, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (204) 306-4949 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

It was a seamless experience ordering the flowers online. The delivery was on time and the flowers were just as I ordered. However, being the one who ordered, I should have been the one to call about estimated delivery times rather than calling the person who was supposed to be surprised by the flowers. As we discussed on the phone, I promised to do my best to ensure you would be happy with our service and the flowers. In the arrangement, I replaced the three stems of green poms with green carnations because I believed they would last longer. I also added many spray roses, which are more costly, instead of using too many Christmas ball decorations. My intention was to make the bouquet more special for you, as I had promised.

The arrangement may look different because I chose to include larger flowers, green carnations, and spray roses in place of some of the holiday decorations. However, I assure you that all the flowers used were fresh, and I put my heart into creating something unique and special for you.

The arrangement and flowers that are featured in your website is very much different from the one that was delivered. I gave ample time so that you can prepare the color of the flower that I specifically like to be included. Your office should have at least sent me a message that you can not deliver and produce my specification. But I appreciate your effort to deliver it earlier than what was scheduled.

I want to reassure you that we made every effort to include the flowers you specifically requested. As per your request, we used Blue Hydrangeas, White Lilies, White Roses, and Larkspur Blue. The only substitution we made was replacing Robellini greenery with Boxwood Green, as Robellini was unavailable at the time. However, no flowers were replaced in the arrangement.

While we always strive to replicate the designs shown on our website as closely as possible, there may be slight variations due to the natural uniqueness of flowers and seasonal availability. However, our goal is always to deliver an arrangement that looks full, beautiful, and aligned with your specifications.

While the flowers were exactly as pictured and I'm very thankful for that, the experience with this order was frustrating. I wanted the flowers to be a surprise but my wife got a message the day before saying she would receive flowers. I stated on the online order the business closes at 4 pm but the order was only picked up by the courier around 3pm. I received an email saying the flowers were delivered so I contacted my wife who then said she never received them. I called the florist to say she never got them and she has left work. The florist apologized and suggested another address for it to be delivered. I gave my address . I called the florist back for an update only to be told the delivery driver says the address doesn't exist. I gave my address again and phone number. I then get a phone call shortly after from the courier saying he was outside. I open the door to see the courier went to the wrong house so I hollered and said " hey over here"
The only saving grace from this is the flowers are beautiful but everything else was very very frustrating!

Secondly, we apologize for the late delivery on that day, which was due to weather conditions and heavy traffic. Although we made every effort to deliver on time, the traffic did not permit us to move more quickly. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a discount on your next purchase. I was disappointed when I visited my Aunt today at St. Boniface Hospital, from the picture I saw on the internet, I expected a larger bouquet, then my Aunt received. It was small and needed more filler and flowers to match the picture I based my Aunts order on.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
