Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (832) 706-0134, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

|I have a client whose wife is sick. I wanted to get them some flowers very quickly. I reached out to Jane and told her I was interested in. Wanted to know if she could get something over that day. She said yes so I sent her information over to my operations manager. By the time I got back to the office, I had a photo of these beautiful flowers. I had a message from the client saying how grateful they were for them. Jane had had them delivered. We had paid for them and they were affordable and it was beautiful and I could not ask for more. I’m used to using a florist where I have to go pick the stuff up and you have to call many days in advance for delivery. Sometimes I’m on the phone with a new employee who really doesn’t know what’s going on and it’s a struggle. I did not have that problem. I will use her for everything.
I highly recommend this florist. Their stuff is gorgeous. Their prices are extremely fair. Love love love the customer service.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
