Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

|I am up in Canada but needed to send flowers in Houston so I placed an order online which was easy and straightforward.
The recipient wasn't home at the time I had requested so the floral shop called to let me know and then kindly brought them back to the shop to keep the flowers fresh.
The recipient called them as they were home shortly after and Spring Cypress Flowers delivered them soon after.
Very happy with the overall service they provided and they were so kind every time I chatted with them.

Thank you for your review and thank you for ordering with us! Just to clarify though, you ordered an arrangement that is designed in a cube with floral foam. The floral foam is supposed to be wet all the time but yes there is no loose water in the arrangement. As for the notification before delivery we apologize if our driver forgot to send you a message and we will make sure next time this misunderstanding is mitigated.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
