I was amazed at how fast my order was delivered. I ordered the flowers at about 8am and they were delivered by 10:40am, that was wonderful. BUT the problem is that I ordered the Premium version of the Sapphire Skies Bouquet which is similar but very different from what was delivered. The recipient thanked me and sent me a picture of what was delivered and I was very disappointed in what I saw. I wish I could post a picture here.

The arrangement was okay, but sparse to say the least. The roses were not presented evenly and uniformly, but were bunched to the back, either through rough handling or a lack of consideration. I was not super impressed.
It was delivered on time and the flowers were as beautiful as the picture.

I ordered a Deluxe version of the flowers above and honestly i have seen arrangements fuller with a lot more flowers worth the price of $90. The arrangement I got looked like if I had ordered the standard version. Disappointed and this isn’t the first time.

The plants were gorgeous but I was a bit disappointed in my order. I ordered two peace Lillie’s in white ceramic pots for a funeral today and the plants were in what looked like a wicker pot. I originally ordered these two plants from a florist in Lindenhurst, they contacted me almost immediately to inform me that they did not have the ceramic pots in stock and could do a wicker basket. I canceled the order and ordered them from you. The picture on your website showed white ceramic pots but were delivered in what looked like wicker pots.

I was deeply disappointed by this arrangement as it did not resemble the photo on your website which featured 4 cymbidium orchids, numerous mauve colored roses and white hydrangeas whereas my recipient received only 2 white lilies, darker roses and some white hydrangeas. It was also much smaller vs the 10" x 11" x 11" size advertised for the medium sized arrangement I ordered. While I understand that at times you may not have the exact flowers pictured on the website, you should have called me to ask if the substitution was acceptable. Secondly, 2 white lilies are not the same value as 4 cymbidium orchids. I can send a photo of what the customer received if you would like.
The florist was unable to make this arrangement but they called me immediately after I placed my order. They replaced it with a beautiful and unique arrangement. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

I placed an order for the deluxe arrangement and about an hour later was contacted by the florist Michele Camilleri who told me that deliveries weren’t being sent to my zip code. She offered to wire the order to a nearby florist who could do the arrangement for me with a fee added on. I never received an email telling me who the new florist was or if there would be any further changes but I expected to receive the flowers on given delivery date. I called before the day of the deliver to get more information and was told they didn’t have it on file but it should be delivered as promised. My payment was accepted however I never received the floral arrangement. I am disappointed in the lack of care from Michele, I have ordered from here in the past and I checked the website and my zip code is among many other Suffolk County zip codes. I was lied to by the head of the shop so I will never be ordered from them again.

I purchased the sunflower arrangement as a get well gift for my niece. I ordered it around 9:30 am and it was delivered by 10:30 am. She was thrilled and surprised, she said it was the best thing that’s happened all week. Definitely will order again.

The arrangement looked nothing like the photo. I purchase a lot of flowers, and I understand that the arrangement will not always look exactly like the photo, but in this case, there was very little attempt to even make it close. No purple flowers, no orange roses - both, being necessary to give the arrangement its pop and beauty especially in contrast to the blue vase. Basically it was red roses and carnations - an arrangement that can be purchased at any grocery store. What’s more is that I upgraded, and the arrangement didn’t even meet the size of the standard price. I have sent arrangements that have had people become emotional - this is not one. I want my money back. What is offered is stunning, what was provided is mediocre at best. From elegant, and chic to plain cheap.

Received delivery same day as promised. The flowers were pretty and fresh, however, there weren’t any lilies included as pictured online. Also, the photo online seemed to be way more full of flowers than what was delivered. Thankfully, my girlfriend loved them so thats what really matters.

Original order was not available late in the day, received a call right away. I so wanted delivery that day to cheer up my family. So the wonderful lady offered me a few alternatives, thankfully. Wasn’t exactly sure of the final appearance, but we agreed to a mixture.

I ordered a deluxe! And I got a small, sad looking arrangement. Was so very disappointed! It was such an embarrassment, especially since it was for my mom's Mother's day present. The level of disappointment cannot be exaggerated enough :(
I purchased the premium flowers. When I saw them at the funeral parlor it was not nearly as full as the picture. It looked more like the standard.
Unfortunately I was disappointed with this purchase. I have purchased from you in the past with zero issues. This arrangement, all the flowers are wilted, not standing straight. Plus, the amount of flowers in the pitcher was small.
Once again you have outdone yourself. The flowers were perfect and delivered even before I asked that they be. And, I take all the credit because everyone says I have such great taste -- but I know that is because you have and are the best.

I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the arrangement that was delivered. It looked nothing like the photo on your website when we arrived at the home of the recipient. Certainly did not look like a $70.00 arrangement, and this was the upgraded version! I could have gotten something much nicer at our local grocery store for a fraction of the price. My sister loved the flowers I sent her and sent me a photo. I'm a little disappointed, the photo didn't come close to the website photo of the arrangement and I choose the "duluxe" (additional flowers)order. Her arrangement had like three roses, the website photo showed close to a dozen.

The it took to have the flowers delivered was exceptional!! And hour, at best. Awesome! And the flowers, according to the photo I was sent were bright and healthy. But they were different than the photo presented. There were stargazer lillies that weren't in the photo (which wasn't a problem...) But the photo showed a bouquet that was VERY full... the bouquet that was sent was nice but not as full or large as the photo depicted.
