Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (251) 928-4433, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (251) 928-4433 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I couldn't celebrate my daughter's birthday with her for the first time in a long time, so I decided to send flowers. The arrangement was beautiful. My daughter wasn't home when it was delivered, so they did NOT leave it in the hot sun, but left a note. My daughter called when she got home and they came back out with the fresh & beautiful arrangement. I thank them for being so careful and considerate, and for making my daughter's day even more special.

I live in another state, and I needed flowers to be delivered to a relative who was recovering from surgery in a hospital in Fairhope. I was very pleased with my experience. When the flowers arrived we were thrilled. Just one day later (today) we were quite disappointed - significant drooping, particularly in the snap dragons and hydrangeas. We have always been pleased with our purchases from Southern Veranda - doing so three or four times per year. That being said, I felt that we had to let you know of our reaction the this delivery. My mom said the flowers were beautiful, however she said there was so much filler that many of the flowers did not have access to water. She shared she put them in a different vase so they could stay fresh a little longer. She said they were going limp after delivery. :(

I am blown away. Everything was absolutely perfect. The website is easy to navigate and the picture matched really closely to how the arrangement looked when it got to my mother's house. The option to upgrade is a fantastic idea. I upgraded one level and am so happy I did. My mother commented on how many flowers there are and is thrilled that there are quite a few unopened blooms as well. All of that, plus same day delivery put it over the top. The delivery person even called me to make sure it was ok to leave it on the front porch, since my mother was not at home at the time of the delivery. Unbelievable service, ease of ordering, and quality of the arrangement. 15 out of 10.

Absolutely beautiful flowers! In addition this was delivered to to a family member in the hospital that ended up needing to go the icu. Flowers are not allowed in ICU so the SV team would check back every day until the recipient was downgraded to a floor they could receive flowers! So grateful for this care and customer service!!

First, I want to say the arrangement was quite pretty. However, I ordered the one pictured here online Sunday night, needed it relatively early on Monday for a friend whose husband passed away. I called Monday morning, and for the arrangement I ordered the flowers were not available. I ordered one in all white at the premium level. I have seen a LOT of SV’s arrangements where I work, and this was sort of average. I do appreciate the quick time in getting it ready, but was a bit disappointed.

Given the quick turn around that you needed and the lack of time that we had to prepare the arrangement and the fact that we were closed for 2 1/2 days prior, we did our best to accommodate you. The designer used the premium flowers that we had on hand and your arrangement was filled to overvalue of what you paid. We do not receive our fresh flower shipment until mid-day on Mondays but your time frame did not allow us to wait on that shipment. Had you said anything at the time of pick up we would have been glad to make any adjustments that you liked. We always try our best to see to it that customers are happy with their arrangement if we are given the opportunity in person.

I ordered online from a different state. The recipient I ordered the arrangement for sent me a picture and to my surprise it was different from what I had ordered. Carl and team caught the mistake and made it right by delivering the correct arrangement (free of charge) the next day. The arrangement was pretty, but not as expected. We did not see any Matsumoto asters nor anything to replace them. We also upgraded to a deluxe arrangement and it didn’t look as full as the photo online which says it shows a standard arrangement. The flowers that were included did look fresh and well arranged and to our friend on a tough day we’re sure it didn’t matter, but it did not meet what we thought we were giving her.

First, florist contacted recipient instead of purchaser for questions regarding the order (for a scheduled future delivery date) ruining the surprise. Florist herself kindly apologized for the mishap and stated she would make the arrangement “extra special” when it was delivered on the future scheduled recipient’s birth date. Unfortunately, it was delivered far too early and on the incorrect date that had been ordered and confirmed for…. Apparently to just get it out of the shop—the order was made on a Friday, delivered on a Saturday (as no one worked that Saturday because I attempted to call to find out why it was delivered so early and no one answered phones—suppose to have been delivered on the following Tuesday!) Additionally, there was nothing particularly “special” about the designer’s arrangement either. The arrangement was ok, but not much use of any upgraded flowers or amount to be considered “extra” (for ruining the surprise) by any means. A bit questionable for what I paid for, but obviously in a trust situation with the shop and based on one’s opinion so unable to argue that fact. This florist shop is usually very good, (reason I try, along with our son-in-law, to use them regularly for our daughter/his wife) however, this particular order & process was disastrous from beginning to end. Very disappointed this time.

She also told you at the time that we would be closed on the 26th and your order would go out on the 23rd so that the recipient received it before rather than after her birthday. You ordered a $75 arrangement and it was filled to over value to make up for the mistake that our designer made. That arrangement included peonies and ranunculus which are very premium flowers and not normally in a $75 arrangement, along with various other flowers. We did work Sat until noon, which is our normal business hours on Saturdays. We were closed Mon 12/25 and Tues 12/26 to celebrate the holidays. We always encourage customers to call us direct so that we can correct the problem personally. Also if you are placing an order with numerous notations it is always better to call and personally discuss the order with one of our team rather than place it online. Again we are very sorry for the mistake and we hope this explains our efforts to correct it. We look forward to designing beautiful flowers for your daughter in the future.

Some of the flowers are wilting less than 48 hours after being delivered. I ordered the deluxe bouquet and this thing is surprisingly small. I’m not sure it’s not just the regular size bouquet. To be honest, spending $120 on this bouquet, which will only last a few more days seems like a waste when I could spend $30 at Publix for a bouquet that will last sometimes up to two weeks. I wish I could attach a picture to this review as the picture online looks much much better than these actually look.
The delivery driver was fantastic, super friendly. Called to let me know he delivered them.

I will tell you that the Sheer Delight is the smallest arrangement we make and that the website pictures are magnified so that customers can see them better. It is however filled to the value of what you paid, which was a little higher than normal because prices increase across the board for Valentine's Day, something we have no control over. Our flowers are shipped to us from a distributor and sometimes under stressful conditions, boxing, shipping, processing, they don't always hold up as we would like them to as they are a living plant and some respond better than others. We would be happy to pick them up and bring you a replacement. Please give us a call.

This is my first experience using this florist & it was top notch. I was looking for a local florist in Fair Hope, though I placed the order online. Love that they had more unique arrangements. My friend’s favorite color is purple & this arrangement was gorgeous & different, so I went with it knowing they might have to substitute color &/or flowers due to availability. My friend sent a photo of the flowers she received & though the colors were different, the overall arrangement was as close to what I ordered as it could be. Was happy with the fragrant flowers you added. Did NOT like the red butterfly nor the placement of as it took away from the softness of the colors used. The leaves on the alstroemerias covered up the blooms and the purple flowers placed at the bottom left of the arrangement made them appear as an afterthought and added too much purple and took away from the balance of the arrangement. Would have liked the basket pictured here more as it appears more thought to placement and flower color choice went into it. The placement of the flowers in the one that was sent appeared to be done in haste. I do take responsibility in choosing "funeral" as type of arrangement as it does not reflect the colors in the one pictured here. I have seen your work in the past and have been most impressed. Love your store and your choice of inventory. So, I was just surprised when my friend, who was happy with her flowers, sent me the picture. I do not want nor expect any monetary recompense but felt it necessary to give my honest opinion.

The bouquet received did not resemble (at all) the website photo. The advertised bouquet contains all white/off-white flowers. However, the bouquet received was very colorful (pink, peach, green, white…).
On a positive note, the recipient was thrilled with her birthday flowers, and they were delivered in a timely manner (same day).

Please note that all orders are approximate and filled as closely as possible to the arrangement pictured, however with that said we cannot possibly carry every flower in every arrangement (because there are so many) and some flowers/colors are still very hard to get from the wholesale outlets. We did substitute peach roses for the cream roses and lavender stock for the white because we did not have those colors available, everything else was the same as what was pictured. Again please give us a call to discuss this at your earliest convenience. We are so glad the recipient was thrilled with the arrangement that was delivered.
