From ordering (online) to then calling the store to change something I messed up on with my message, the woman was very professional and pleasant on the phone. My message was corrected. I asked that the flowers be delivered as early as possible due to my daughter having to leave work early and it was accomplished! I ordered the smallest arrangement and it was full and beautiful!! I will definitely be using South Jersey Florist for all of my futures purchases. Thank you, from a happy customer :)

I recently placed an order with South Jersey Florist and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless! The online ordering process was quick and easy, and I received timely updates every step of the way.

Living out of state, it can be tough to trust a florist you haven’t used before, but a friend who is a regular customer highly recommended them, and now I know why! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and delivered right on time.

The recipient was thrilled and told me it was the prettiest bouquet she had ever received, that says it all! The customer service was excellent, and I truly felt like my order was in great hands.

I ordered this for a co-worker who was in a car accident because she loves cats and I knew it would cheer her up, right after it was delivered she called me to thank me for the adorable arrangement, she said she loved it. I didn’t see it in person but I believe based off of the picture, that it was beautiful. I also wanted to say that it was delivered the same day that it was ordered and there weren’t any issues.

Sent flowers for my wife's birthday on very short notice. Ordered online before opening. Called florist when they opened to request an early delivery as I forgot to add that to the special instructions. They couldn't guarantee before noon but it would get there before she left work.
I got a call about 10am to say they had been delivered!
Florist went above and beyond and I am very grateful! Flowers are just as pictured. Definitely 5 stars!

Ordered the birthday brights bouquet for my best friends fifth birthday. The ceramic happy birthday vase is nice. The flowers were very beautiful and fresh. I also ordered a card & balloon which was delivered with the flowers. The card read actually what I wrote. The balloon was delivered deflated and I emailed them about it. My girlfriend heard a knock on her door not that long after with a new balloon. I would highly recommend South Jersey Florist for any of your flower needs.

I would 100% recommend South Jersey Florist to anyone in the area. They are now my number one flower company to order from and truly go above and beyond in customer service which is hard to come by these days. They are truly the most exceptional in the industry. When just ordering sympathy flowers recently, South Jersey Florist went above and beyond. I totally wrote down the wrong address to deliver the flowers- completely my fault. I called South Jersey Florist to let them know (after it was delivered), they were so sweet to figure out a solution for me and they sent new flowers to the recipient who just had surgery and covered the cost (how unreal!!) It was SO generous and kind. I said I was happy to pay for the services but they said they would cover it. I can only imagine how helpful, resourceful and reliable they are for weddings and any other events. You need to literally call them tomorrow and order flowers for your mom, grandma, loved ones right away!! Truly so so appreciative and I will 1000% use them whenever I need flowers. Thank you again South Jersey Florist. You are truly one of a kind and the most amazing to work with. I could go on and on about how truly special and unbelievable they are! Way more than a 5 star rating is deserved.

Floral arrangement was much smaller than expected (we paid for the medium size) and, despite our specific request, no daisies were included. Maybe a $40 bouquet, not a $124 one. Would not use this florist again or recommend.

Ordered from a different company on A Friday to have a delivery scheduled for Monday. No call , confirmation,Zip Zelch. After finding a number I called & got a bogus story as to why I never received a call.

So disappointed, I had place a order from you guys , when my wifey send me the actual picture of The flowers with the balloons. to get it delivered and pay for delivery to only get half of the flowers and not even the whole amount of balloon . And had the nerve to give my wife a $10 gift card for next order …. SMH!!! The right thing was to call me and let me know that u guys didn’t had the whole flowers and balloons and refund me the right amount!

Angel, we're sorry that you were unhappy with our purchase. We've reached out to you to try to rectify this, however, you haven't responded. As I told you in our response, the picture of the arrangement you ordered shows ALL the flowers facing the same side which is impractical for us to make in that vase, so we made the arrangement the traditional way of all the flowers, all the way around both sides. All of the flowers you ordered were in that arrangement and as far as the balloons go...you ordered 6 mylars happy birthday balloons and we sent 6. I have entered a credit to your account because you were unsatisfied. Hope you choose to use us again.

What a great company! When buying flowers, I usually look for a local company.
South Jersey Florist fits the bill. They had some good reviews, were local, and had a wide choice for me to choose from. I spoke with Marcy(?) one of the owers and she was very personable and good. When one of the flowers was not available for the arrangement I wanted to order, they immediately informed me and made suggestions on what could be replaced.
The arrangement was delivered on time and my Mom was extremely happy.

Definitely would work with them again.

So I ordered the true romance bouquet which in picture shows red and pink roses with white accents. What I got was bouquet with red roses only and half of the amount of roses. Don’t get me wrong it was beautiful but not what I expected so I was a little disappointed

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the ones pictured. They were much smaller, there was not nearly as many flowers as shown and it looked like it was just thrown together. Very disappointed considering the amount of money spent.

I ordered the arrangement with the deluxe 10.00 flower addition. It arrived quickly on the day I ordered as requested. I was charged a delivery fee of 10.00 to deliver the flowers a short distance from the store. I was provided a photo of the arrangement by the recipient. I was disappointed that I could not distinguish the difference between the standard and deluxe arrangement. I even went back to see the online photo from the site. It looked very much like the standard arrangement. In fact, the online photo looked nicer and larger than what was delivered. I won’t use this online service again.

I bought the all dogs go to heaven arrangement for my Aunt and Uncle who lost their beloved dog Chanel. I can’t express enough how pleased I was with the arrangement, it’s absolutely beautiful and so unique. My Aunt was so blown away with the dog made out of flowers and the entire basket was gorgeous, she was so happy! I ordered a bouquet of roses for my mom's birthday, and they came out lovely. The roses are a more pinky lavender in the picture, but they are definitely a more cool toned shade in person. This doesn't matter to me but it might to someone else. The service was wonderful too as someone even helped me carry the flowers out to my car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will be purchasing from here again.

I sent these flowers as a surprise on Mothers Day to someone very dear to me. She had no idea they were coming. She called me in tears. She said the bouquet is beautiful. I've used this florist many times in the past and have generally been well satisfied. This time, I was a little disappointed in the quality of the roses. Some of the edges of the roses were brown and most of the roses had not opened up. I just had expected a little better.

South Jersey Florist went out of their way to make sure the flowers were safely delivered and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. There was a complication in the delivery (from my end, not theirs), so they took the extra time and effort to make the delivery as successful as possible. I wish I could have gotten a text or an email notice when the flowers were delivered. I got the notice later the evening, so was wondering whole day if the recipients got the flowers or not.
The ordering process was great but even though I added the balloon online, it didn't show in my shopping cart. however, when I called your store, I got a free balloon as one time courtesy. It was a great service, though.

Other than that, teachers at my son's daycare loved the flowers and it made their day.
