Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (630) 885-9977, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (630) 885-9977 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every arrangement feels so personal and you can really tell they love what they do. I’m so happy with my experience. Ausra was amazing from start to finish. I ordered an arrangement for my mom’s birthday. Living out of state, I really appreciated how hands on Ausra was with updating me of the process. Ausra was exceptional from my initial visit to her website to order placement to arranging to delivery and follow up! I started with a Saturday morning text before business hours to inquire about possible delivery that day. She responded within minutes and confirmed she could. Following a couple more basic texts we shifted to a call to finalize. I was wowed when I saw her arrangement, as was my daughter who received it 2 hours later in her hospital room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend Soul’s Greenhouse. It was so easy to place an order from out of town, to be delivered to a family member. Ausra’s communication was fantastic. She sent me a photo of the bouquet, to let me know it was going out for delivery. The bouquet was even better than I hoped for. More times than not, the actual bouquets are smaller than website photos make them appear and than the price charged leads you to assume it will be. This was not the case with Soul’s! The bouquet was larger and even more full than I expected. After delivery, Ausra again communicated with me, which was so appreciated. Cannot recommend enough!

From the start my ordering was ready with beautiful selections to choose from. But then I was blown away when Austa sent me a text to let me my order was ready to be delivered and sent me a picture of the arrangement going to my sister in law. Then things went above and beyond serve I have never seen by a florist before. When they were delivered Ausra took a picture of the flowers with the person they were sent for. She kept me up to date and was a pleasure to chat with AND my sister in law was also extremely impressed by the delivery process and the amazing arrangement. Ausra was absolutely the best! I contacted the shop the day after my order because I did not notice the soonest delivery date and expected it to arrive. Totally my own fault. Ausra went above and beyond with her communications (both email and phone for each update) and she even gave us premium roses to ensure this didn't turn into a bad experience for us. We were amazed at how beautiful the arrangement turned out and Ausra also included some Freesia free of charge to provide fragrance. I cannot say enough about Soul Greenhouse. Honestly, I have sent flowers so many times, and have never had this sort of service. My mother in law was thrilled, and my husband and I were just as impressed. I wish I could leave 10 stars for Ausra and Soul's Greenhouse! She went above and beyond in designing the funeral bouquet I ordered. I wanted it to be special and Ausra made sure that it was. It was absolutely stunning! And I was given text updates as well as pictures of the finished bouquet.
It is obvious that this is more than just a job for Ausra. She was personally involved in our experience, which in this case was the loss of a loved one, far too young. I really appreciate that, it meant a lot to me.

I am SUPER impressed with the level of service! They went the extra mile to make the arrangement extra special and sent me pictures to make sure I was satisfied with it. I couldn't have asked for more. I had mistyped my friend's address, and on top of that, once that was corrected, my friend was out at an exercise class and hadn't taken her phone. They informed me and showed me and texted me a photo of where the flowers were placed to be safe and out of direct sunlight. My friend was over the moon at how gorgeous the bouquet was and all the effort to make sure it arrived perfectly. I can't say enough about this gorgeous bouquet and how Soul's Greenhouse went above and beyond.

The stunning bouquet created for a very special 100th birthday that did indeed make the receipient and our hearts sing! Ausra was so thoughtful in the flowers to select, letting us know the meaning behind significant ones. She shared photographs so that we really felt a part the experience, though in another state. Our dear family friend even okayed a photo when asked, so we even were part of the delivery of our floral gift. Ausra reached out after receiving the order and a question I had. The arrangement noted that peonies were included if in season and I was provided information about what might be available including size and color. The next day received a text showing the beautiful flowers that had been selected from the flower market. And then how they were put together in the most lovely arrangement. This is for a dear longtime family friend and all steps were taken and care given to make it a wonderful suprise, down to the detail of a peonies on the card and a lovely envelope with the recipients name beautifully written out. This was truly a "design of flowers" not just a pre-packaged standard looking "arrangement of flowers". The customer service was top notch.
