VERY Happy with my experience with Sophisticated Blooms! The arrangement was beautiful, as advertised, with the extra flowers added that I had paid for and was delivered by noon. I will be using this florist as much as possible in the future!

Sent these to my wife’s work for her birthday. She loved them and all of her co-workers wanted to know where they were from so they could give their husbands a “hint” of where they should get their flowers. Doesn’t get much better than that!

As always, Sophisticated Blooms did an amazing job. These lovely flowers were fresh and are still thriving 5 days later. Thank-you so much for your beautiful work.

The floral arrangement never arrived, and I paid the additional fee for same day delivery. Order was confirmed, address was accurate. Recipient was home all day and did not receive the flowers. I called three times for a resolution, no answer, left messages, no return call. I wrote several emails, no response. Contacted the credit card company, they removed the charges. I ordered from the website, received confirmation, thought all was in order. But no.

Didn’t look at all like this. Not even white flowers, not even a rose. Not at all what I wanted

Beautiful, quality plant arrangement that was delivered as promised. Appreciate the updates before, during, and after delivery. My daughter was thrilled with the variety of gorgeous, healthy plants included in her gift. I will definitely use Sophisticated Blooms again in the future!

Flowers were not deliver! Supposed to be delivered on Friday, not here yet, Saturday morning! I guess that means you did horrible!

In the description it said the flowers would look as the picture and it really didn't looked like this! And I even "upgraded" the price for a couple of extra flowers. I don't think there's a next purchase on my side with them.

I ordered table centerpieces for a corporate event/reception. They turned out perfectly and were delivered on time. The floral designer listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that. And when one of the centerpieces was damaged in transit, Sophisticated Blooms immediately replaced it in time for the event. I will definitely utilize them again!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent flower delivery I received from your shop. Unfortunately, the flowers were in a terrible condition upon arrival and were completely unsuitable for display. The flowers appeared to be extremely dried out and withered, which was not what I expected based on the pictures and descriptions provided on your website. It was truly disheartening to receive such poor quality flowers, especially considering the special occasion they were intended for. I kindly request that you arrange for the return of these flowers and provide a full refund for my order. I ordered the arrangement on 2/22 for a 2/27 Birthday delivery. The arrangement was not delivered until mid-evening 2/28. The arrangement looked nothing like what was ordered.
I received a survey for the delivery on 2/27 and I believe if I had not reached out to the 3rd party website to let them know the delivery hadn't happened, I don't think it ever would have. In total it was $147.00 and am not satisfied at all.
The arrangement delivered was in a squat, brown, round ceramic looking pot and was primarily yellow sunflowers, orange Gerber daisies, cabbage looking leafy stuff, a few miniature orange roses and filler stuff.

My partner absolutely loved this bouquet! Easy to see that it was made with extreme care, highly recommend!

It was delivered to the wrong address. The replacement didn't come until after 6, was not what I ordered, about half the amount of flowers and no vase. Javier was very pleasant and helpful in figuring out what went wrong and trying to help fix the situation. Otherwise this would have been a 1 star review. While I do understand it was the fault of the delivery person and Valentine's being a very busy day, there should still have been offered a partial refund.

My order was not delivered and no notification was sent about why it was delivered. I live overseas and was expecting these to be delivered for my Mom's 82nd birthday. So, hoping to get a refund or a resolution as soon as possible!

The birthday flowers weren't not delivered to my sister, despite the address being correct on the receipt. Someone was home all day, so the flowers were definitely not delivered. Sophisticated Blooms has not responded to my emails or calls. The worst florist I've ever used.

Pretty disappointed, never delivered and didn’t receive a call…

There was nothing wrong with the flowers but I paid for same day delivery and they were not delivered until the next morning. I called and left them a message which they never returned. I sent 3 emails to them and they never responded. This florist is one of the more expensive choices and I figured it would mean excellent customer service, instead, there was ZERO customer service. All I wanted was a refund of the upcharge for same day delivery. I told them if they did that, I would not leave a review. Well, no response so here is the truth about the experience they provided.

My experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after this was personally recommended. I ordered a bouquet for a co-worker's birthday and placed the order a week before delivery was needed. First issue, they don't seem to pay attention to detail because I got a call with a delivery question, luckily they had a question because they were about to deliver it the day I placed the order rather than the day of delivery that I had indicated. Secondly, I indicated (again a week head of time) that I wanted the bouquet delivered at 9am that day of delivery. Nothing was delivered and so I called around noon to check in, and found out they had completely forgotten the order. It was explained to me that their front desk person, who is apparently vital to the entire business, quit that day and so that was the excuse. They found the order and promised to get it ready and out for delivery by 2pm (5 hours late). I was promised a call when it went out, which I never received. And Finally, when the bouquet eventually arrived, it was the wrong design completely. I ordered one of their stock bouquets - a very minimal, modern, and stylish kale, hyacinth and orchid, and instead got a bright, gaudy, sunflower-filled bouquet. I paid the premium on the bouquet for them to add a bit more to it and instead got (what is well known to be cheaper) sunflowers all over. The colors, style, and cost were no where near what I ordered and paid for. I am massively disappointed considering the constant list of things going wrong. I understand things can get hectic when an employee quits or something goes unplanned, but I ordered this a week ago and this should have been at the ready. Also concerned about the work environment if a VITAL employee suddenly quits like this. So bummed I wasted my money here and even more bummed the recipient of this bouquet did not get what she deserved on her birthday.

I was pleased with the same-day delivery option. The flowers were delivered on time to my friend and they made her day. However, the flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture. The bouquet was smaller and not at all what I was hoping for. It seems like they just grabbed whatever they had on hand and threw a balloon on it. If it weren’t for the total price I paid, I wouldn’t complain. Definitely disappointed.

While the arrangement was beautiful I was very disappointed that the delivery occurred a week earlier than requested. I placed the order for a date that worked with when the recipient was going to be home and aligned with the occasion in which the flowers were for. Thankfully a friend was able to collect them while the recipient was out of town. But the fact that they were delivered so far in advance of the desired delivery date was very disappointing. Unfortunately, since they were delivered early, they are not as fresh and as beautiful for the actual occasion happening this weekend.

Delivery was early and they were very communicative about it, but the arrangement didn’t have any orchids.

Ordering on their site was very easy and the location was great for me to pickup. I can’t say enough about the quality of the arrangement - I was so pleasantly surprised. It’s clear the flowers are high quality and they smell amazing. It’s been 3 days and it still looks as beautiful as when I picked it up.

I have been a customer for over 8 years, the arraignments are so so good. He is always able to help out short notice (I work as a concierge so I often get rushed requests) Javier greatly over exceeds my already heightened expectations.

Very disappointed, order was placed one week before scheduled delivery date but the order was delivered late for a very important date.

Still haven't received the flowers..... I have called and emailed, no replies.

So the received bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered and didnt match the theme or concept at all, but it was still a beautiful arrangement and my partner loves them.

If I could give zero stars I would..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I placed an online order, received an email confirmation and then my flowers were never delivered. I’ve emailed twice and called three times and have received zero response. Am calling my credit card company to cancel the charge. This place is a joke and I’m super bummed my daughter didn’t get flowers on her birthday her first year living in Denver.

I ordered a particular arrangement for the specific style, flowers and colors at the premium level. What was delivered was not similar at all. None of the flowers, colors or greenery were the style/"vibe" I was wanting to convey. The entire message was not put on the card so the person receiving didn't know who sent the arrangement. The flowers were beautiful but not what I had hoped for.

I ordered Sophisticated Blooms on-line to be delivered the 16th. The flowers weren’t delivered the date requested. I tried contacting company by phone and email on the 16th and 17th. There was no answer and no responses to my emails or voicemails. Flowers were delivered on te 17th. The product was just ok. I chose a bouquet online that had no sunflowers or mum type flowers. The bouquet sent had lots of them. There were roses too. Just not super happy with the any of the experience.

I just found out my flowers never arrived. We ordered these for a coworker whose father died and when she came back to work, we found out they never arrived. I paid $80 to make sure these were delivered the next day and to find out they never showed makes me angry. I've tried calling the store and leaving a message and haven't heard anything. I'll never order from this site again.

A pretty flower arrangement was delivered but it looked nothing like the photo — looked like different flowers entirely.

2/3 flowers in title name were missing from the bouquet; there was some kale, but no hyacinths or orchids. The bouquet delivered was completely different than the one advertised, and lesser in both quality and sophistication.

Customer service to resolve this issue lacked as well, which is why my only resort is to write this fair review.

The bouquet looked beautiful. They substituted lilies for some of the flowers at my request They put stargazer lilies which are my sisters favorite flower though I didn’t specifically request them. I had bought her a stargazer bouquet in the past. The arrangement was even more spectacular than pictured.

They sent me an order, but unfortunately, Postmates (another delivery company) left the flowers outside in the cold. The owner of the business kept checking in with me via text and phone calls to make sure it was delivered. Once they found out it had been left out and that the flowers got too cold, they ordered me a new one immediately. I was very impressed with their customer service and the flowers were beautiful.

So so, upsetting. I was referred to you by a friend and so decided to use your company to send flowers for a dear friend of mine who’s daughter has passed away suddenly. After inquiring with the recipient, they confirmed that they did receive however no card was attached so they had no idea who they were from. This would not be so terrible if it were any other occasion.

Purchased specifically for the turquoise bowl (thus the arrangement name). It was delivered very bland missing lots or red accents in this cheap, white and gold walmart looking vase. I am now 2 for 2, have purchased and final result is nothing like what I purchased and cheaper vase used. Very disappointing & wont be recommending this florist ... or purchasing again.

I love their style and array of choices online. Second time ordering from them and second time I’ve been disappointed. I ordered the deluxe image of the flower arrangement and it was missing much of the colour, texture, depth, body, and variety shown in the standard option. The delivery was droopy and sad in comparison and the planting sticks were highly visible. I live abroad and would love to find a reliable florist who offers more untraditional arrangements. It’s a shame the final product here fell short of the what they claim to be offering.

The recipient sent a picture of the flowers she received and I was very disappointed to see that the arrangement did not look at all like the one I selected from your website. It was supposed to be mostly pinks (tulips, roses, etc) with a few greens and instead it was a hodgepodge of colors and flowers that didn't include any from our selection. It looked like you stuck in any flower you had laying around! Why post a picture if you are not going to recreate it for the customer?? For the price we paid, I expected to get what we paid for.

My experience was not a great one. Ordered a week earlier to be delivered on the recipient's birthday. They never received. Calling the number on the website lead to a full voicemail mailbox. Left an email detailing the problem and was contacted via email by an outside call center who were going to do the same things I had tried, phone and e-mail. After a day I received an email from the call center people who said that the flowers would be redelivered and that an extra gift would be added for the trouble. They never checked with me whether the address was right, they just redelivered. Thankfully the flowers came (late the next day btw) and the added gift for the trouble? A little box of chocolates, the same small gift that they try to get you to add when you check out. Not really going above and beyond and I will NOT BE using Sophisticated Blooms in the future. The only silver lining was that I was told that the flowers were very lovely though. In conclusion, the flowers were great, the customer service and getting a hold of a real life person was not.

Although it didn't look like the pictured to lips my daughter absolutely said they were breathtakingly beautiful flowers. I appreciate the great customer service when I called delivery was perfect I can't thank you enough highly recommend sophisticated blooms.

This is an absolutely gorgeous arrangement. I bought this for my mom for Mother’s Day and we were thrilled at how large the arrangement was as well as the quality of the flowers. This is one where the pictures online just don’t do it justice. It’s very impressive and beautiful. Of course the wonderful people at Sophisticated Blooms took the time and effort to make every detail so perfect, which is why I love this flower shop. I appreciate that they are not only about high quality flowers, but also great customer service.

When are the next half of the flowers gonna arrive? Lol. On the photo they were a full vase of flowers. I got the standard, but there wasn't any description how many flowers they were gonna be so I assumed they would look like they did on the photo. But my aunt got them and they were half flowers and half filler leaves. I would have happily paid for a higher price if I had known they weren’t gonna be a full vase. Please put accurate number of flowers on your website next time.

Didn't receive an email confirmation of my purchase. Sent the shop an email asking them to confirm the purchase and delivery, didn't hear anything back. Called several times and no one answered, voicemail sounded like a personal number. I sat here wondering all day if my friend was going to receive the delivery and at 4:30 she called to say they had just been delivered. This place needs better customer service.

Incredible arrangement! Much larger than the picture depicts and just overall beautiful. The only issue I had was I requested delivery before noon and it was nearly 2 hours late. Information on aftercare would also be nice.

Absolutely Piss Poor experience.

Ordered flowers for my Wife early in the morning, by 12pm nothing was delivered so I called to get feedback. I was sent to a remote calling center that helps connect customers to "Javier" and was told he was on the phone and would be calling me right back. I waited until 1pm and still heard nothing and called back. Got a different receptionist at the call center, told me the same thing. Javier was on the phone and would call me right back. This happened again at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm with different receptionists all unable to answer me where my delivery was, or connect me with anyone who worked for a flower shop at all. Within those hour time frames, I had emailed twice to the contact@sophisticatedblooms.com email address and tried messaging them twice on their Facebook. As I am writing this message I am still awaiting a call from the flower shop - of which I assume I will never receive.

A few minutes ago (around 5pm) my flowers ended up being delivered, as my Wife was walking out of the office. Problem further exists that they are not the correct flowers, came without my note that I had included and when my Wife asked who they were from, the person delivering them said quote "some guy I guess."

I have no choice but to write reviews to express how absolutely sub par and useless this company is. I wouldn't ever spend a dollar there again, and will make sure all review sites understand how terrible this company is. I will be working with my Bank and the BBB to be getting my money back. Please look at other reviews, I am not the only one.

Flowers were scheduled to be delivered on 1/15. Today is 1/16 and the flowers haven’t been delivered.
I’ve called the store and no one has responded.

I ordered two flower arrangements from this florist to be delivered, one to a business and one to a residence and neither arrangements were delivered. I made the order three weeks in advance because it was essential these flowers were delivered on the day requested.
When I called the florist, they made excuses as to why the arrangements were not delivered. I spent over $160 on two arrangements meant to be delivered for birthdays and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. I will never use this florist again.

Order an arrangement to congratulation my daughter on getting into the Stanford Medical Program. I asked for a congrats arrangement. The designer didn't read the order and sent out a beautiful Christmas arrangement. I called and they immediately make it right and are sending out the arrangement that I originally had requested. Bloom's customer service was amazing and they making and resending the correct arrangement. I will definitely order flowers from them again.

The only ask I have is that you put some kind of delivery window for when flowers will get there. I say this because my wife usually leaves the office around 4pm and I never know if she will get them! I would just like to know if I can expect her to get them that day and if it may be earlier or later in that day :)

Also, send an update when delivered!

The bouquet was different than pictured and less impressive. I even upgraded to delux and it seems like less than half the flowers than are pictured. I emailed the day they were delivered to complain, was told someone would get back to me that day, and I haven’t heard back again yet. My comment in my email was that the bouquet that was delivered is on par with a nice bouquet I could have bought at King Soopers. Very disappointed in the flowers especially since this was the first time send flowers to my special person and I wanted the bouquet to be very impressive for them.

The arrangement wasn't exactly as pictured in the original, but since some of the flowers weren't available they took the time to make just as nice of an arrangement with additional flowers. My sister-in-law was pleasantly surprised by such a pretty arrangement. I had requested a delivery by a particular time and they definitely honored my request. Thank you!

This arrangement is spectacular!! I ordered the deluxe version and it looks just like in the picture, which isn't always the case. The woman I spoke to said she or the owner would give me a call back regarding this order in the next day, and I never received a call. I’ve tried calling back since several times, and the phone just rings through— no voicemail. These flowers were supposed to be delivered on the specific date I requested for a special occasion. I would never order from this company again.

I placed 4 different orders at the same time— this was one 1 of 2 that got delivered, the other two never made it. This order was delivered, however, the card and message inside of it was made out to someone else which caused a lot of confusion. I would never order from this company again

Both myself and the recipient of the flowers were VERY impressed with Designer's Choice arrangement. It was very well packed, great vase, everything was fresh, and even for us green thumbs, we had to google some of the flowers because they were so unique! Bonus! Some of them weren't even blooming yet - which is AWESOME, because this gift will likely keep on giving for while!

This is my new go to flower shop. I placed an order online for a friend who was spending the night in the hospital, and when I learned she did not receive her flowers I called (frustrated) to inquire. Javier later confirmed that the flowers were delivered to the volunteer desk that morning but were never delivered to my friend's room - not his fault - and yet he said "as soon as I take care of the customer here at the shop I will drive to the hospital, pick up the flowers and then deliver them to your friend at home." Who does that!? Thank you Javier, you are amazing!
